GoogleJust called Chancellors and spoke to Tom Major. I was impressed firstly with the fact that there was no irritating intro music. Tom answered the phone immediately and got straight down to establishing the parameters; price levels, property requirements and financial circumstances. Am now waiting for details of properties at Chancellors which match our requirements.

GoogleLauren was fantastic in finding a tenant. It wasn't the easiest with a potential tenant not being honest but Lauren persevered to ensure I did get a tenant in promptly, often calling me or taking callings whilst she was on holiday.
