GoogleRecently just got the property of our dreams with Louise and Lauren's help from Chancellors! We were kept informed and up to date about everything that was happening and we were massively vouched for through the application process by Lauren in particular. At a stressful time looking for a new home, they made it all a lot easier. Amazing help and service throughout, thank you again for all of your help!

GoogleI definitely do not recommend it. I strongly advise against !!! An agency that earns money from someone else's misfortune! They cheat, lie, manipulate !!! They take no responsibility for their services. For example: despite confirmation of check out at 9 am, they do not feel responsible and do not appear on the date. And they tell you to wait all day at 4:30 pm. And also announce that there will be no compensation. I strongly do not recommend these scammers. They belong to the circle of scammers !!!

GoogleIt's a shame that I can't give minus five, cause I would. I've booked a several viewings with them over last couple of years and every single time there was an issues like turning up without keys, turning up 30min late, canceling viewing few hours before but the latest one is complete shambles and makes me wonder if they have double standards for different people. I had a viewing booked last week which then was confirmed by email on Friday and also confirmed by phone call today, when arrived at the property I waited about 30min just to receive a call from the agent saying where the hell I'm as he's waiting for me at an open house - which I never booked the viewing for.So when I told him that he send me the confirmation by mail Friday and also called this morning to confirm the address and that we are definitely coming he said that he doesn't recall neither of this activity. I've seen hundreds of House's via tens of agencies but after what happened today, I don't want to have anything to do with this bunch of unprofessional people.

GoogleWe would recommend Chancellors at Thatcham for anyone looking to sell a property. The friendly professional staff dealt with any issues quickly and efficiently. It was great having a team who were happy chasing things for us even after the sale was made. Special thanks to James for securing the sale but also to Giles and Craig too for conducting viewings to suit us causing minimal disruption. Not only did we sell easily through Chancellors we were also lucky enough to win the prize draw for a luxury holiday, so thanks once again.

GoogleJust having to post a review about how brilliant Giles is being in helping us to buy our new house. He is incredibly good at putting our minds at ease and we so appreciate that. We feel very lucky to have him taking us through this. Whenever we have questions or concerns he is on the phone to us advising/helping in whatever way we can. I have heard horror stories about estate agents, but there is nothing to worry about with these guys! They're fantastic and we would highly recommend them. Thanks Giles!
