I Poorly Built Block Partition Discovered in New‑Build Home

I purchased this house new approximately 17.5 years ago. Recently, during a bathroom renovation, the drywall was removed, revealing a partition made of grey blocks. These blocks appear to be poorly secured to each other, as the partition moves slightly when touched. It is evident that the mortar used to join these blocks does not properly bind them together. This raises serious concerns about the structural reliability of the construction. I recommend potential buyers pay close attention to such partitions and conduct a thorough inspection to avoid future issues.

The initial marketing of a house is pretty much the same whichever agent you choose to sell your home, the difference is what happens after you have accepted an offer and here is where Steve and Ashleigh were simply superb. We had a number of complicating factors in the sale of our house and it is fair to say that without Steve and Ashleigh, their ability to proactively work around the various issues thrown at us, some great lateral and out of the box thinking, we would have lost the sale (and our minds!). After the sale of the property l experienced a complete lack of communication and empathy from.the agent. Despite repeated attempts to get assistance. They failed to contact the seller after collecting their commission. Their handling of the situation was highly unprofessional showing no willingness to support or resolve outstanding issues.
