From the moment we met Kenny at wards in gravesend I knew I wanted him to sell our house he was out there with his words and means what he says! I like that! Straight up! Keryn showed us around a beautiful property on Saturday- We were really impressed with her knowledge of the period property and the little less obvious details she pointed out- we were also struck by her genuine nature and very human approach to the showing. It was unusual to have a people-centred outlook shared by an estate agent, so very impressed with this agent. Although the property wasn't the one for us, but the agent really impressed us.

To start with, we had to do the majority of our viewings ourselves, as they never had anyone available. Then they recommended a buyer, for less than we wanted. Convinced us they were a good buyer, then after the house was off market for two months we found out the buyer was never in a position to proceed. Didn't have stamp duty. Wards are supposed to vet buyers, that's what we pay them for. Would not recommend.

Thank you, Leah Peacock! We had multiple issues with the house we rent out and Leah worked tirelessly on our behalf chasing quotes and organising an electrical refit as well as a new boiler installation. On top of this, we had to have a tree removed, too!! We cannot thank her enough for her patience, good humour and professionalism whilst guiding us through this process. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we really appreciate it.

GoogleI wanted to Thank Natalie firstly for her help with our sale. Natalie was always professional and attentive to us. She was a valuable link with our buyers above her job remit. Secondly Sally who I never met but was an absolute rock during this extremely stressful experience. She above agents and Solicitors was amazing. She was the only one to keep me up to date with all events. She got angry on my behalf and pursued people to get action She always guided me in the right direction and helped make this time better to deal with. This lady was my rock. Thank you Diana Grant

GoogleWe decided to relocate to Broadstairs and viewed a house we loved through Wards at Broadstairs and Natalie showed us round (there were 7 viewings on the property that day). The viewings were all carried out with gaps between them and Covid safe. A cash buyer offered on the property but that then fell through and Natalie called us as she knew we were serious buyers and really wanted the house. There were some blips at the bottom of our small chain of 4 people and 3 houses and Natalie went over and above to assist, chasing every party that she could for us to enable the chain to progress. She was professional and helpful, always getting back to us the same day with answers and feedback. I would not hesitate to recommend Wards at Broadstairs, the communication and support in a stressful house move was always there and I always felt confident when Natalie said "leave it to me and I'll get back to you". GoogleFrom the initial Zoom meeting to an accepted offer Steven & Natalie have been nothing less than honest, thoughtful & professional. The property sold after having been on the market for only 2 weeks. Their attention to detail, instinctive knowledge of the market, plus a willingness to give best advice whilst remaining objective has been incredibly re-assuring. Overall an excellent service & good value experience. Update November 2020:- There has been a 13 week delay from September to November due to issues at the bottom of the chain. in addition to Steven & Natalie Sally Bryant - the Wards Sales Progressor - has been a third pillar on which we have been able to lean throughout this process. Her genuine support, drive and obvious in-depth knowledge combined with her constant interaction with other Sales Progressors in the chain; always giving us regular updates (& never flinching when the news was not so good) - has been most appreciated. He has to be one of the nicest people you will ever meet, really friendly, but also so knowledgeable on everything when it comes to selling and buying a house. I really felt like he was there to help me every step of the way. There was also no pressure put on me whatsoever which I really appreciated.
