Exceptional service from all at Miles and Barr Broadstairs but particularly our sales progressor Donna Bogard. Donna was on the Solicitors cases constantly and we never would of exchanged as early as we did with out her. She made sure all parties were communicating and really help alleviate the stress of the process. Absolutely STAR!!! Thank so much. 100% satisfaction

GoogleI didn't originally want to go with Miles and Barr as i thought going for one and then secondly a different one of the smaller 'family' agents was better. I have to say ive done a complete 180, i found the 2 smaller ones were pushy sales people in the beginning and poor at feedback, I eventually decided to go with Charlotte in Broadstairs who turned out to be the least pushiest agent, no sales speak just a straight forward process who helped me find my dream home. Lisa the progressor is also a gem. When i sell again it will be back with Miles and Barr.

Miles and Barr sold my aunt's bungalow in a not altogether bullish market. The stuck at it and achieved a sale within touching distance of the asking price but were always realistic with their advice and they also made sure the sale went through (the legal process) and kept us informed at all stages. Knowing what is going on is often forgotten as a vital component of the process and they delivered this to a five star level.

Miles and Barr were an efficient company for the purchase of my property. I was a bit disappointed to have to pay for my identity checks and not have any option but to do that, other services I used just swallowed that cost themselves.I was assigned a wonderful Sales Advisor, Shelley Webster, who updated me regularly on the process, answered any questions needed and called me to discuss any of my worries which was so reassuring. She was so supportive and made the process so much easier. She is a real asset to the company and made everything much less stressful!

We sold our house through Miles & Barr, Ramsgate. Initial impressions were great at the valuation. Once the property was listed I did feel I had to correct a lot of details in the description & push for changes to photo order and wording to help generate some interest, as everything had gone quiet. Happily we did get an acceptable offer and after that we were kept updated by the Senior Sales Progressor, Becky White, who I thought was fantastic, especially in the last push to get everyone in the chain ready for exchange - not sure we could have done it so quickly without her! Thanks!

Miles and Barr explained my options very clearly, they had good rationale for the valuation that was made and advised me on how to progress the marketing. Their approach worked well, I don't feel I lost touch with them at any time. The member of staff who liaised between the conveyancers, the buyers and me, once an offer was accepted, was absolutely exceptional in pushing the sale forward and I'm not sure how long it might have taken without her.

Miles & Barr recently sold my property in Margate. Every member of the team I dealt was incredibly professional and helpful throughout - from the initial valuation to the viewings, and then to supporting the final sale. A particular shout-out to Louise, who helped coordinate (and move along) the exchange and completion, when the solicitors on both sides were operating at a snail's pace. Just one piece of advice: find new partner solicitors, Miles & Barr, they were terrible!
