GoogleHave rented out our property with CGT Lettings for over 10 years - very happy indeed with the service. Issues are sorted out very quickly, communication is mostly prompt, and new tenants found with little delay.

GoogleDan (and Anne) at CGT Tewkesbury have been very helpful to me over the last couple of months. I was moving 100 miles with a deadline I had to meet as a single parent, so they did all that they can to find the perfect house and landlord to suit my needs. They were always happy to answer any questions and help where they could.

GoogleIf you are new to UK don't even bother going there, they are not at all friendly. They turned me down saying I have no previous history, obviously I didn't because I was new to the country. There are many other letting agents in Tewkesbury who will help you. PS: I had this experience 2 years back, hopefully they have more humane staff now.

GoogleDeposits are ridiculously expensive and certainly don't expect to get any of it back. Wouldn't recommend.

Hi. Thanks for the feedback. We take 5 weeks for all our cash deposits, as per the law, and all deposits are dealt with in line with the TDS Guidelines. We cannot take a tenants deposit without their approval, or the adjudicator awards it to the landlord. Can you confirm which property this is in relation to please? Thanks.
