GoogleWe moved house during lockdown and the CGT team in Tewkesbury were fantastic and helped make our move as smooth as possible. Very quick responses to our queries even with the lockdown in place Daniel and Becky were especially helpful when assisting us with our move.

GoogleI am very disappointed how they dealt with their tenants,they don't care about people.They trespassed 2 times my home for their property checks, even if emailed, I don't give permission anyone to entrance my home without me being there . Nothing has been improved in the flat for the time i lived ., and after 5 years, they gave me a charge for not looking as clean as 5 years ago. I have painted this flat and changed the hazard floor with my money, but they never get noticed on that. It was so mouldy, and they only advised to wipe[ which i did every week], and still, i have to pay money after i left. Very disgraceful! I hope i never going to dealt with them again

GoogleI had been looking for a suitable property for a year and tried many letting and estate agents. CGT Lettings are so helpful and made reasonable adjustments for accessibility to allow for viewings and their whole attitude has been brilliant. Debbie and Becky have gone over and above their roles in order to make letting a property as smooth as it can be and have been on hand to answer questions . Really helpful, personable and i would recommend them 100%PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI found Becky McDermott and also Debbie in the office friendly and helpful when I first contacted them about the property. The fast moving rental market was proving very stressful and they were really efficient in their handling of the situation. It made such a difference dealing with helpful people. I viewed the property the day after making initial contact and confirmed I would like to rent it. My partner and I are both very pleased with our new home and would recommend CGT Lettings.

GoogleBrilliant service from a friendly team that are professional, well trained and always happy to help. Staff are very knowledgeable, easy to contact when needed, and I simply couldn't do without them. They take all the hassle out of renting property and offer the complete package for landlords from finding tenants, to organising all the checks and certificates required to let out property. With a list of vetted tradespeople to deal with all unexpected issues, they are absolutely worth their weight in gold. CGT are extremely competitive on price for landlords and I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of renting out a property.

GoogleI have been with CGT in Tewkesbury for several years when I started renting a property through them, and found them helpful right from the start. But even more, through lockdown I have found the support from Dawn, and through her the maintenance team, invaluable. Dawn has responded with an immediate email or phone call to reassure and let me know what is happening, anyone she has arranged to call at the property has been courteous and efficient, and frankly through these difficult times this means a great deal, so thank you.
