GoogleI had a really good experience with CGT Lettings during my move-in. They were super helpful and easy to deal with the whole way through. Anytime something came up or I had a question, they got back to me promptly and sorted it without any hassle, which made everything a lot less stressful. Big thanks to Naomi and Debbie as well, they were both so friendly and accommodating, and really made the whole process feel smooth and straightforward. Really appreciate all their help!

GoogleI don't get easily impressed in life but I had one of the best experiences when I decided to reach out to CGT Lettings in Tewkesbury for helping me find a new home. I have never rented a property on my own so you can imagine the anxiety and stress to begin with. But I met Beckie for my first viewing and we immediately clicked. That property wasn't what I wanted unfortunately but since that day Beckie wouldn't stop searching for a more suitable place. She went beyond and above to accommodate dates and times to suit my working hours and even negotiated prices for me. And not long after she found it. She found the perfect place for me and we started the process. Everything went so smoothly and she was there for me with guidance and support every step of the way. Beckie, you are a legend! Then I met Debbie at the agency to wrap everything up and pick up the keys of my new home. And I couldn't be happier with the way she greeted me and went over every single detail and answered every single question. She also offered to set all the bills up for me. And I got a little gift box from them as a welcome pack. So sweet! What I'm trying to say here is that they have exceeded my expectations and they are a credit to the company! I wish I meet amazing people like Beckie and Debbie more often. I can't thank them both enough and I wish them all the very best in the future! Nikki Ramadasan

We was supported through every part of the process and any questions we had and continue to have are handled in a very prompt and helpful manner. GoogleBecky at CGT Tewkesbury Branch has been helpful and proffessional throughout theses trying times. She has been able to explain changes to legislation that have come about in a proffessional yet down to earth manor to make sure they are easily understood and you can adapt accordingly. Being an accidental landlord is difficult and it means that you dont always keep up to date however Becky and CGT are there to guide you every step of the way. There support means me and my tenants can have the very best experience

GoogleBecky, Debbie, Gabbi and the rest of the team have all been so helpful and supportive throughout my tenancy. I feel that CGT have been super responsive through the years, and as a result of their efficient communication I feel that I was able to build a good relationship with the landlord of my flat. I would also like to wish Izzy the best of luck in her career 🙏🤞 she completely my interim inspection and was respectful of the property and also friendly and approachable. I am sad to be leaving this company as a tenant but they have earned themselves my trust and I will be considering them for future moves. I would recommend CGT Tewkesbury and it's team highly.

GoogleWe've just let a property via the Tewkesbury branch and found Beckie and Becky a pleasure to deal with. Beckie C in particular really helped me out with an issue that saved me from making a 150 mile round trip to sort it out. It is personal touches like that that really make the difference. The communications to us as landlords have been prompt and requisite. I have also gleaned from the tenants that they are happy with the agent. I would thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleThis was my first move within the UK, and quite a short notice one. CGT (Becky, Beckie, and Debbie) were unfailingly friendly and helpful. I found a very suitable home via the website, arranging a site visit was one phone call, and the process of moving in was mostly very smooth. The part that wasn't entirely smooth was setting up the utilities but that is on the providers, and the CGT crew were tremendously helpful there too. I am happy to recommend them to anyone and would certainly use their services again at need.

He seems to have an incredible ability to access quite complex information (such as the legislation around letting and the responsibilities of being a landlord) and bring clarity, wisdom and wit. He is hugely committed to his clients and I was blown away by the level of care and compassion he has for them, valuable qualities in this industry.

GoogleThe advice that I was given by Dan Alsop, the Branch Manager was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and it felt like he had my best interests at heart rather than being pushy. I highly recommend any landlords going to Dan and his team if your looking for an agency and you want up to date , sound advice. This agency is the best.

GoogleWe have recently found a property to rent through the Tewkesbury branch and couldn’t be more happier. From start to finish the whole experience was incredibly stress free with the whole team providing an outstanding friendly and professional level of service. Becky junior provided a first class level of service throughout the entire process providing constant updates and answering all are questions to which there were many ! Debbie along with Becky senior the branch manager were equally helpful at all times. On a final note I refrain normally from recommending to others but on this occasion I’m more than happy to with confidence. Well done to the whole team a review much deserved.
