Our agent, Holly, was extremely helpful throughout the process of buying our first home. She helped made the process feel less stressful and was always accommodating to our needs/ requests such as re-visiting the property on multiple occasions throughout the process and contacting the solicitors to chase up the progress without being asked too. Furniture deliveries when you live abroad can be more stressful than normal - especially because you cannot be there to receive them. Luckily for me, Brianna, Karina and Molly went out of their way to ensure that the deliveries made it safely into the property. I cannot thank them enough for being my eyes and ears and door openers. They didn't have to do this - they did it because they provide a brilliant service. Thank you again.

Upon getting an offer accepted for our first home, we can recommend Andrews and more specifically, Elliot, the estate agent that we have dealt with directly. He has been super helpful, always approachable and quick to return our questions and queries. As first time buyers the whole process was very new to us but Elliot made things as simple and straightforward as possible and we have felt confident throughout the process.

Google5 stars for Ethan in Tewkesbury. Even though I didn't buy through them, Ethan' was helpful throughout my experience with Andrews. There are lots of staff members working from 2 branches which can be confusing at times and on occasion there was very little contact, except for Ethan. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he called me back when he said he would. Always rang to get my feedback. His communication and regular contact made the difference to my short journey with Andrews.

Holly did a very good job keeping me up to date every step of the way when I put my house up for sale. When the first buyer dropped out Andrews remarketed and sold it again within a week. If Holly was unavailable Lisa got in touch they were an excellent team.
