Fantastic experience with lovely people

I had a fantastic experience with Andrews.I own a property company but did not have the time to show some of my tenants around. Even though I wasn't looking for full-time management.They were more than happy to see to my needs and show tenants around for me. I tried every other agency in the area and they were not interested. I had a terrible discovery that my previous tenant had left the house in a bad way leaving terrible things including cat feaces on the floor. I had to postpone everything for a few weeks whilst renovating. Hayley and Jasmine were absolutely fantastic. I was so stressed and they were extremely emphatic towards my situation, giving me various options and reassuring me it was going to be okay. I really needed this as it all came at a really inconvenient time and they supported me through it. Thankyou guys!! Xx

Review on behalf of my father.I have rented through Andrew's for 12 years and have always found them to be very professional but also helpful.Communication has always been good. I have just left a property managed by them and Jenny Jones especially has been incredibly helpful and supportive while I navigated my move from Didcot to Wales. it had been a stressful process and Jenny was exceptionally helpful during this time.Should I need to I would definitely use Andrews again and would definitely recommend them.

Bethany Emberton unprofessional as no comms

Bethany Emberton, has no communication skills, did not follow up on a complaint of wrong information on fees, during the query transaction or afterwards. I sold 6 weeks ago and still been ignored! Even the solicitor agreed it’s not the first time, this has happened. Firstly Andrew’s say it’s £3000 to buy and sell your home! They get conveyance to send email, which shows a page with £3000What they don’t do is put at the top this is a 3 page document with additional fees below. When I had a call requesting for search fees, of £369 I reply but I was told this was included in the £3000Reply from the conveyancer would be deducted. So I expected to pay £3000 less £369 We then discovered searches were not required. Which was great expected the £369 to be deducted from the £3000 (Still to receive £25 deposit back) When solicitors fees bill arrived, I asked why it was not £3000 less the search fee, the solicitor said your not the only one caught out! We have also complained as their email is not transparent with what they say you pay, £3000 to buy and sell. When I complained to Bethany she said it was in the emails. I explained I was verbally told it would be deducted from the fees of £3000She claimed they would need to check recorded messages. I heard nothing so called Bethany again. She advised the IT department would have to do this, back from the start! I emailed to explain the approximate time, but she said their legal manager needed to look into this! Dispite my email with a deadline I had nothing back from Bethany or her legal manager!! Shameful treatment, not transparent with costs, and I hear they keep about £500 of the £3000 for themselves!

My experience with Andrews Property Group, is the best I have ever had. From the viewing of the Property till we moved in. On the 12th December 2025. They constant updates us, they're clearly communication was top notch. The assistant with the energy uses, water and council tax link really helps us.i will forever recommend Andrews Property especially lady Louise. The lady is soo professional, patient, calm and know her job very well. Thank you Andrews Property for helping us to get our dream home and environment. No stress at all. My first time I have stressless moving in Uk, all thanks to lady Louise and the Andrews Property Group company. My partner was shocked how fast the Andrews Property Group got us the Apartment. Very high standard of service

We have rented out a flat for several years now and Andrews have always managed the property for us with great professionalism . After a year struggling with a difficult and demanding tenant we were unsure whether to relet or sell . Andrews were very supportive and we opted to rent again . Highly recommend Greg at Andrews!

Andrews Lettings are a very easy and very friendly letting agency. My tenancy is coming to an end and Greg sent me an email to let me know we also spoke on the phone as it was much easier to renew my tenancy. Greg was so friendly, polite end very fast and efficient in getting everything sent over to me my tenancy was renewed today as I am writing this positive review. We only spoke yesterday so a very quick response time. I highly recommend Andrew’s letting agency and I highly recommend Greg for his quick response in dealing with important things.

Extremely good service from Andrews

I was looked after by Nick Woore, who was extremely responsive and professional. We originally agreed the sale in November, but unfortunately we lost our buyer. The original agreement then fell through but when we managed to sell our house Nick very kindly renegotiated with his seller and resurrected the deal. We have now exchanged contracts and everything is sealed. I would like to thank Nick for his communication throughout and would highly recommend the service.

Emotionally draining experience

We were first time buyers. I'd say that you'll probably get a fantastic experience with Andrews as a seller, but it was hard to feel protected as a buyer. Andrew and Junior were great at communicating with us, where possible, patient and very cool people in general, but the process was faulty and emotionally draining.Knowingly or unknowingly, the advertised sq meters and property ownership was wrongly advertised. We only found this out after having hired a lawyer and initiated the purchase process. This is illegal and it really showed that there was no due diligence made. In a year where it was so hard to get mortgages, we were pressured to stick with the purchase, now half the advertised sq meters, as our offer in principle would expire and would put us in a very difficult position if we were to start a new process, not to mention all the costs we had invested already. We were also consistently advised not to have a survey done when the property has massive issues, as we now know. We then had issues with the seller not allowing us into the property to inspect, so we had to have our lawyer involved, but it was all very hard. It should have been made easy and comfortable for us to inspect the property we were about to buy.By the time we actually bought it, we hadn't seen the property in 5 months, which is just not right.Andrews worked very hard to make all of this happen but the seller had the upper hand and respect at all times, not us.
