Hire them. We interviewed all the agents on the High Street as our house sale was tricky and time sensitive. Jack was the person who looked at our house, he spoke highly of his team, was knowledgeable of the area and current house prices, confident with out being arrogant and brought a folder of valuable information. He also had some good easy tips to increase house value. Immediately before the house was listed we were doing back to back viewings due to an extensive phone bank. This lead me to meeting the team. Imogen secured the sale and really went above and beyond in making everything easy. I know we got the best price we could especially as we needed a quick sale on our beloved family home. A special shout out to Emily and Steffan who always made sure to call when they had finished. The team got us so many viewings in lockdown, that attention to detail was very helpful. Having lawyers associated has also made things progress in a smooth and efficient manner, whilst having a dedicated sales associate to monitor the sale is also wonderfully reassuring and something I wish previous estate agents in our past had done.
