Tanya at Andrews Estate Agent was my third agent for my property. It was very differentiated experience from the other agencies in that she actively pushed my property, was approachable, informative and effective and sold my property by the required deadline. Even my solicitor commented how approachable and efficient she is.

Recently Luke took over the management of our block of flats. I have to say, I felt Andrews had not been managing the block brilliantly before, particularly given how expensive they were. But Luke has been responsive, efficient and prudent with managing our money. Lots of lingering issues are being sorted out now. Have been really pleased with him so far. A real breath of fresh air.

GoogleI am a first-time buyer with no knowledge on mortgages or the buying process. William Greggory helped me (at my pace) understand what a mortgage is and how it works. I was then able establish my affordability based on my current situation. I was then able to obtain a DIP without a hard credit check with ease through Will. I was then guided through the viewing process and support throughout until I had an offer accepted. Me and will set regular review meetings to ensure I was still on board and that I fully understood the next steps. Will then took all my paper work and made it super easy as I didn’t know what docs was required. Will was then able to get a mortgage offer for me when a few other brokers have struggled. Even after the offer was produce will still offered his services to support until completion. I am dearly grateful for Will and his services without him I’d be another first-time buyer being influenced/up sold by commission hungry brokers. I was never under that impression with Will. My needs was always put first even if he had other customers or it was outside traditional working hours. Great job, Well done Will!! Thank you!!

Tony, Akshar and Akuwa were fantastic. Had trouble selling in a difficult market but Andrews team sold our house and got us through the nightmare of dealing with solicitors and we managed to sell and get into our dream house. Highly recommended, will go above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly.
