Personally I have dealt with so many letting agencies in the past & Andrews has to be the worst one so far, if I could give 0 stars I would. Everything now is greed & money with andrews & the amount of b.s they feed you is unbelievable! For instance: every year now I have a flat inspection where they measure & take photos of every room & i also have an asbestos inspection ever year. I always ask the question with out fail .... has the flat or the asbestos grown or shrunk within the last year? For some reason they can never give me an answer! Pathetic. Hopefully 1 day Andrews will change or go bust but I think I’m dreaming.

GoogleI'm not sure about buying or selling house through Andrews but if you are renting a house through them it's good to know from the start that they exist only to serve land lords not for tenants. Every time you ask them to get something done on the rented property that will check with landlord and whether work needs to be done or not they will do only what the landlord says. I had a stress full experience every time I had an issue with the property.
But you don't get many choices with rented properties not can you choose your estate agents because there aren't many houses to rent in Tewkesbury.

I didn’t even want to give a star but I had no choice.
