GoogleThe Morris Dibben team at Romsey sales have been amazing. They were honest from the start, called and messaged for each viewing, gave weekly calls and emails on our progress, and gave suggestions on how to make our house more sellable. They arranged a 3D photo session for the house to better show it on their website and on 3rd party websites. Once we had a credible offer, the team kept us up to date, chased our solicitors and the buyers solicitors as well as kept a chat between us and the buyers regular, sorting out minor queries. The price was reasonable overall and for the amount of effort they put in, it seemed a great deal. I would recommend Morris Dibben Romsey to friends and family, and would use them again myself. Thanks to team!

GoogleMorris Dibben in Romsey (Lettings) are great. They are very efficient and don't mess you around as tenants. They are very through and helpful especially Gina who was very good to us and took us on a viewing even though she had finished for the day. An absolutely dreadful company. I would happily give them a minus rating if it was possible. Happily left us with a malfunctioning boiler for over 18 months, meaning the heating was either fully on or fully off, & no hot water whatsoever except from the electric shower. It took a formal complaint to their head office & the threat of legal action for the boiler to finally be replaced - 18 months & one day after it was first reported to them. And that wasn't a one-off... The metal garden shed blew over & it took them a staggering 3 months, endless chasing & including it in the complaint to head office to have it sorted out. They don't care one jot about tenants & are only their to serve the landlords they take their commission from. Zero care, zero compassion, zero interest. An absolute disgrace. I would rather be homeless than use this company again. Use them at your own risk, but you have been warned...

Really unprofessional staff. Absolutely no communication, did not have the courtesy to let us know our offer had been rejected if they even passed it onto the seller at all. Staff have been rude and dismissive and we will be avoiding at all costs as we continue our property search. Awful customer service compared to every other estate agents we have used over the last few months of our journey.

GoogleWere fantastic with getting house sold and re-sold once buyers pulled out. Kept us informed at beginning with what was going on with viewings, offers and feedback. Went a bit quiet once house was sold while we were going through the solicitors process until it became apparent we were about to exchange. Left the chasing/update gathering during to another agent who was in the chain. Also a few questions we asked to pass to the buyers went unasked without followups. However, overall, they were fantastic for getting the house sold and all staff were friendly and professional throughout.

I had a terrible experience with this property agency. After deciding not to proceed with a rental, I informed them well in advance, more than 7 days before the process could move forward. Despite this, they unreasonably withheld my payment and unjustly deducted the entire amount. Their lack of transparency and disregard for ethical practices are appalling. When I reached out for clarification, their response was dismissive and unhelpful. This agency seems to prioritize profiteering over fair treatment of customers. I strongly advise against dealing with them. Their practices are not only unprofessional but also outright exploitative. Proceed with caution if you choose to engage with them!
