We have recently purchased our first home with Croudace at Silk Row. Steve and Ana were brilliant throughout the process. From accommodating site visits to look at the progress of our build and arranging minor snagging to be rectified in a timely manner. Very happy and would highly recommend.

Our experience of buying a Croudace home from start to finish has been brilliant. We were originally hesitant about the idea of purchasing a new build due to all the horror stories, and whilst we can only speak from our experience, Croudace have completely changed our view. Having been in our home almost two years now, the level of customer service from the initial reservation stage right up until now has been exceptional. We were lucky to have only a few minor snags but anything that has popped up over the two years we’ve been here has always been rectified, quickly and efficiently. Paul and Dave especially are a real credit to the company, nothing is ever too much trouble and they’re always a pleasure to deal with. We would most definitely consider buying another Croudace home in the future, but for now we’re very happy with our new home and hope to stay here for many more years to come. A big thank you to everyone at Croudace - keep up the good work!

So I recently purchased a house on the Willowbrook Park development. My initial visit was to review Croudace, L&G and Cala Homes in the area. Being honest it was the responsiveness and attentiveness of the sales staff at Croudace (Laurie and Charlotte) that eventually won my business. From start to finish of a very long process (due to solicitors not sales staff) they were always their to guide, explain and chase. Thoroughly professional, friendly and really trying their best to help customers. Can't thank them enough for their support over a few difficult, trying months. They also tolerated my delinquent dog on numerous site visits.

We have been very satisfied with Croudace Homes since the very begging of dealing with them. A very professional help and support, fast reactions and helping us to achieve our goals.Today, we had a gentleman from Croudace that came to fix a few steps in our staircase. He was very professional, he respected our property (we have got a rule of no shoes at home) and very friendly. He went an extra mile by cleaning the glue residue that I carried to a carpet. It took him over 20 minutes to clean it. He did not have to that as it was my fault. I would recommend Croudace Homes to anyone who’s looking for their own nest. Great homes, great quality and fantastic and professional teams to support you with you journey before and after buying a property.

From our initial tour of the plot to moving in and now 2 years on, our experience of croudace has been great. Nikki and Daniella, in particular, have always been very supportive and happy to help with any queries or questions. We’ve been very happy with the quality of our new home as whole. However, if we’ve ever needed anything amended under the 2 year warranty, it has been easy to arrange and Rob the handy man has always fixed any issues. We would highly recommend a croudace new home.

I have purchased a house from croudace homes in the past and have been nothing but impressed with their standard of quality, professionalism and standard of customer care and satisfaction. They are a 5 star builder and strive to do everything they can to achieve the best. I have dealt with croudace on many occasions since my house purchase and every time I have been satisfied and feel that once you have bought from them you receive loyalty all round. I would never look to another property developer.

We have recently moved into a Croudace Homes property in Didcot, had some teething issues as you do with any new builds, but the aftercare team have been there to deal with the issues promptly. They are all respectful, courteous and quick with their repair jobs to ensure we didn’t get a lot of disruption considering me and my wife both work from home. We would like to specifically mention Jason Cupone-Taylor who has been amazing, he has always shown extra care and attention when resolving any issues/repairs, is always on time, provides multiple slots so he can work around our schedule, is really good at what he does and is very easy to work with. He is the main reason we are giving the company an overall 5 star rating.

My partner & I have been in our new home for just over a month now. Throughout the process from our initial interest & viewing right through to completion, Suzie & Marta in Hermitage Park, Maidstone have been supportive, understanding and patient, as we had difficulties getting the sale of my flat over the line. They made the often stressful experience of buying a new home as pain-free as they possibly could from their side, whilst reassuring me that they would do everything they possibly could to ensure our reservation was secure.Our house and the development itself is beautiful, much different and more interesting & bespoke than many of the other new-build developments that we'd seen. And any tiny (inevitable) snags that we may have come across over the last few weeks have been seen to & resolved promptly by Andy & the customer care team.We couldn't be happier in our new home and a big thanks to the Croudace team, but especially to Suzie & Marta!

Croudace homes are great if you want one of the toilets in your home to not work for 5 years. Blocked up every 3 months. Was unblocking it myself. Had the patio dug up and had poor repairs done approx 8 times. Never fixed it. Eventually got to the cause of the problem. I asked them to put the patio back to as new condition with a small extension 3x2m as a gesture of goodwill due to all the inconvenience caused but both of these issues were refused. On top of this, I was then blamed for ordering incorrectly coloured replacement slabs as I didn’t ask their customer care team about the colour. The people I asked were the onsite team (also Croudace staff) when the house was being built. Silly me.

We recently bought a property from the Willowbrook Park (Didcot) development.We were drawn to the development due to the layout of it, as well as the overall designs/sizes of the houses. We loved the fact that the development was designed around existing trees, as opposed to an entire area being flattened and developed. The entire sales team was fantastic, with Charlotte going out of her way on many occasions to help us go over a few hurdles that popped up with our purchase. She even helped us pick a few tricky colour combinations for the walls and style options for the tiling in the bathrooms, as she had a background in interior decor. We’re very happy with the quality of our house and would happily recommend them to friends and family that may decide to pick a home from Croudace.

Croudace build some beautiful properties within lovely developments. The build quality far exceeds other new developments locally we viewed.The team (Steve and Ana) were incredibly pleasant to deal with throughout the process and were very supportive and considerate as I went through a nightmare chain before being able to complete. I can't thank them enough.The after sales support (hasn't been required yet) but appears to be set up in a way which looks likely to help resolve or remedy any niggles we may experience after moving in.Very highly recommended if you are looking for a new build property.

I just wanted to take the time to write a review regarding Suzie at Hermitage Park and my experience so far with Croudace… I have been to all the new developments locals and there are LOTS! I can honestly say Suzie from Croudace has been the only “sales person” that actually has shown me any human compassion… I had my heart set on another house with another developer and was awaiting on one piece of paper (which they had assurance was coming) but the reason for the delay was the person in the chain below was in hospital giving birth, so despite continuously back and forth since the sales office opened and only wanting that one plot, they sold it to someone else… anyway, even though I was distraught, clearly it was for a reason because it led me to meeting Suzie, who from the outset was friendly, warming and open… she has gone through every possible option for me, based on my needs, situation, and really taken the time and out herself out for me, to ensure I have been able to find the perfect home which I’m truly excited that will become my home shortly. Buying a house (this isn’t my first) is one of the most stressful things, but I have 100% faith that I am in safe hands… their ethics as a company are in line with mine as a company owner - I love that it is private limited and it honestly doesn’t all feel about the bottom line and chucking houses up as quick a possible unlike some other developers in the area, they have honestly felt purely there for the sales and commission and actually don’t even care. It is because of how Suzie has treated me, and the ethics of Croudace that I am excited to start my new life shortly on Hermitage Park. Thank you so much, I can’t wait to meet my new home shortly xxx

I find the 5 star rating unbelievable and the process ridiculous. It does not mean anything to the consumer. The shoddy workmanship makes for problems for a very longtime dependant on use. I purchased my home in 2014, it now transpires that all the plumbing was not connected properly resulting in leaks in every room. The main bathroom had the toilet soil pipe on an incline!!. The downstairs toilet soil pipe was not connected properly and worse of all, the pipe work is concealed and difficult to get to. There does not appear to be a quality assurance process in place, to ensure fittings are correct prior to concealing them. Dependant on use of the room leaks can be in place for many years before they reach a critical status and show themselves. NHBC state they are for the building only, and not any internal malfunctions. So providing the brick work is fine, there is no redress via NHBC. There are a lot of internal malfunctions, a lot of fitted furniture hiding a multitude of sins…..Beware, be careful.
