My company has been working with Croudace Homes for over 25 years now and we have always found them to be a cut above the rest. Their professionalism, friendliness and attention to detail really do set them apart from other house builders. This is quite rare and after working on more than 100 of their developments over the years it is still a pleasure to work for them.

Very poor work, it looks so unprofessional. My newbuild flat is full of issues and most of them the developer does not want to fix as "they were not in the inspection handover". I bought the flat while it was still under construction and was reassured that any defects I can report later. Now they have washed their hands. Very frustrating

We are in the process of buying a new home from Croudace and couldn’t be happier with the service so far. The 3 lovely ladies in the sales office have been fantastic, keeping us up to date with the plots while we were waiting for a buyer and answering any questions we had. So far we have had a 5* experience.

Just terrible. Only after a quick buck. Home quality isn't the best building on every little bit of space possible. Some of the staff are so arrogant with little interest in your needs and just care about a sale. I would never choose this company. Have spoke to a few snaggers and builders and they all have bad things to say.

I have had a Croudace home for 17 years in Chichester. I had snagging issues, everyone does; these were sorted. How would I know that a staircase that was creaking after many years, would be considered a "dangerous" staircase because of creaking and purely down to bad workmanship. I purchased a new build to avoid maintenance issues not bad quality workmanship which could have led to a serious accident. I suggest to anyone who has bought a Croudace home, check your staircase. Sadly because I left it so long, I've run out of the NHBC guarantee and had to foot a bill which left me in a stressful situation for 3 months. I asked Croudace to look into it; refused. Good on you Croudace for supporting homeowners which have bought from you but you do not support even though your workmanship is the issue!!!!!

They are engaged and support us in a number of ways from sponsoring a flat for homeless young people to Basingstoke fun run they involve all employees and truly care about the local community.They are responsive and everyone gets involved no matter their position in the company. I purchased an apartment from Croudace Homes, at their Willowbrook Park development in Didcot. I can't fault the service I have received from the entire team, from the first sales appointment right through to aftersales care. The apartment was finished to an excellent standard and so far I have experienced very few issues.

Don't believe the NHBC rating for this housebuilder. As soon as they have got their 8 week survey in, or it has expired, they don't care. Their attitude towards our sub-standard executive home was to run us out of the 2 year warranty period and throw their customers in to the hands of the NHBC, who are in developers' pockets. When (and it is when, not if) the NHBC find for the developer who pays their fees, Croudace wash their hands completely in an abrupt and callous way. Shocking customer service from Chief Exec downwards.

Quickest property purchase I have ever done - in 4 weeks from offer! Croudace has shown professionalism throughout, keeping me regularly engaged and even checking in several times during my first week in the house. I have bought from a big developer in the past but Croudace far exceeds previous customer service experience. So happy in my new home!

The Sales Team at Blakemore Manor (Nikki and Sarah) are a credit to the company, Their support and advice has been invaluable. I moved in a week ago and so far the Site Management Team and Customer Care Team have been helpful and responsive. I am delighted with my house.

Rang the letchworth offices about the flats they had for sale, the woman on the phone was unhelpful and did not have an idea as to what was going on, I arranged a viewing and had the date booked off work, last minute I received a message saying the viewing was canceled with no explanation as to why, they clearly don't care about their customers and completely wasted my time.

We are having a great collaboration acrros all subcontracts. Croudace have a great team in each department: operations, commercial, finance, etc. We would like to have more contracts with Croudace. Croudace was never in my system as a client that constantly needs chasing for payemnts or solutions to site operation issues. Every issues was solved proptly with the best solution.

The site team have also been fantastic, a very informative Home Demo given 2 weeks before we moved in which was very helpful

Avoid these cowboys. The amount of issues that have developed is simply not worth putting yourself through. They should be stopped as they are making peoples lives a misery. Please do not buy from these people! I would recommend buying a home that is old (and which you know work is needed) and doing it up yourself rather than buying a new home and your heart breaking each time there is an issue. Quality of build is awful- STAY AWAY

Croudace Homes were nothing but helpful when we we bought our first home last May. Nikki in the Hertford site was beyond amazing with every question and query we had. Even since moving in, any snag that has needed fixing has been fixed within a week and everyone is so friendly. Honestly couldn’t recommend Croudace enough.
