Have tried contacting them multiple times about a property I made an offer on and no one contact me for weeks. After two or so weeks I’d recieved an phone call explaining it had gone through and I would have my first house. After preparing and getting excited we went to hand over but no one got back to me. I then recieved an email explaining I missed out. For some reason they didn’t even have the guts to call me! Absolutely pathetic

TrustpilotPLEASE! do not buy with croudace, they are the worst of society.
Went to buy a flat with this company, signed all paperwork apart from the exchange of contract where I made it very clear I wanted to see inside the property before hand (everyone was happy with this) after seeing the flat I was happy to progress but before I could go ahead with the exchange the company pulled out at the last moment and offered the flat to somebody else, whether it was a rich business man or personal friend/ member of staff, I dont know,but that is my assumption. I was a month away from moving in and sorted my mortgage out, brought furniture,sorted all my help to buy paperwork out (help to buy is no longer available) and this is how they treated me, please think twice about choosing a company that is corrupt and will stab you in the back to serve someone else. They also didnt have the decency to ring me,they only let me know by email and then when I tried to contact them back they have ignored all emails and phone calls, trust me when i say these people really are the worst of society, I have written to my local MP, local press and I am planning on taking legal action as I am so disgusted with this treatment.

Since moving into our home in Linton in June, we have been thrilled with the house that we bought through shared ownership. Though we had some issues on getting to move in day with planning issues, the approachableness of the sales member on site, Lauren, in being empathetic towards our situation and contactable over the months leading to our move in day was incredibly helpful. Since moving in the community has been great and we are happy in our new home.

We were generally very happy with our experience of buying a home from Croudace at Willowbrook Park. We had a snagging survey done prior to completion which identified some snagging issues (mostly minor things) and Croudace has been quick to resolve most of these issues. The development is well designed and we were overall very happy with our first moving experience!

I bought a 2 bedroom property at Willowbrook Park. The whole process from the beginning was very positive, from the friendly sales team (John & Jenny) who gave me plenty of support with making my choices, to the site team (Scott) who diligently made sure my requests were implemented. The quality of the build is to a high standard, in particular I find many people are surprised at the size of the garden which is large for a new build. I did have a few snags at the beginning but these were resolved very promptly. I have subsequently recommended Croudace to friends who have since also purchased a property from them.

Excellent friendly and knowledgeable service from the Sales office team from the first meeting to handover of the keys. Prompt action from site manager, plumber and electrician when a problem arose, and all the workmen on site very courteous. The house was spotless and I was pleased with the choices of fittings and decor I had made. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch.

When I was first considering buying what is now my home, the help I received from Croudace was exceptional, and continued to be so during the often stressing time experienced during the purchasing period. Nikki and Sara have been amazing from the moment we came to view to getting us over the line at the end of the sale. The site is safe and clean, it is also well maintained. The gardens and communal areas are well looked after and we don’t feel like we’re living on a building site. Our house is lovely and finished to a high spec. The demo was informative and professional. We even received a lovely welcome hamper when we moved in.

Buy a Croudace house if you want to experience numerous structural issues that take forever to get fixed. And once they are fixed they have to come out and do them, again and again, because they try and fix them on the cheap - For instance this morning I heard a tradesmen say- Just wack it up otherwise this will cost me 1000's... Honestly worst property i have ever brought!

Unfortunately if available I’m afraid it would be a zero star rating for this house builder. We purchased from Croudace back in April 2020 at The Grange in Tetsworth, Oxfordshire. From receiving the keys on completion day we’ve had nothing but ongoing issues. We walked into our new home to be greeted with scratched stainless steel appliances, rust spots on the cooker hob, scratched sink, exposed electrical wires, electrical sockets not working, cracked plasterboard walls, noisy stairs, toilet seats hanging off, leaking on suite shower (totally unusable), heavily scratched bathroom furniture (cupboards). To be honest the list is endless! We had a visit from their area manager as to add to all these problems we could clearly hear our neighbours at no fault of their own. Words can’t describe how rude this man was towards us. Absolutely disgusting & disgraceful behaviour this man showed in our home to the point I had to ask him to leave. We’ve now had to spend over 10k to try to rectify the poor sound insulation which is totally unacceptable. You shouldn’t be able to clearly hear footsteps whilst your neighbours are walking around their home! This isn’t acceptable in an apartment let alone a semi detached home. During this work we discovered heavy mortar snots sitting on the wall ties within the cavity wall which was described as shocking from the guys who carried out the survey. If you are thinking of purchasing a Croudace home please think twice as this is an honest review of a nightmare year we’ve experienced. We are still finding issues daily (loose bathroom floor tiles today) as are many of our neighbours including flooding in virtually all gardens due to the poor drainage installed by Croudace. What makes the whole experience even worse is we’ve never ever had an apology from Croudace Homes. As mentioned previously if you are thinking of purchasing please think again. Myself and I’m sure many neighbours would be happy to share our experiences with Croudace.

After 28 years at the same address we were tempted away by the development at Ewhurst. We are delighted with the house, the build quality appears to be excellent and the few miner bugs we have found have soon been dealt without fuss.The sales staff were engaged, knowledgeable and friendly.

I have worked with Croudace for the past 25 year’s both as an employee and as a consultant. They have an excellent set of teams both for land purchase and all the other stages through to sales. Their attitude towards design is exceptional and they look after all their workforce. Cannot fault them. Great company.
