Brilliant sales team

Brilliant sales team, undivided attention, great product knowledge, exceptional service.We recently moved into our CROUDACE home at Hermitage Park Maidstone and are on cloud 9. The home is beautiful, the whole team from start to finish have been amazing. We experienced a few delays due to unforeseen circumstances but was always updated with an full explanation. We appreciate that this could happen when buying a new build but the wait was well worth it. Thank you girls in the sales office for looking after us and thank you to the build team for meeting us to explain causes for delays so we had a better understanding. We will definitely recommend CROUDACE HOMES.

The Hertford staff are a credit to Croudace Homes

Two things - 1) The staff at the Hertford, Blakemore Manor development were all professional and have offered us a a 5 star level of service even after moving in.They were all a credit to Croudace. Dealing with Nikki Chaston & Sarah Holmes in particular made the experience of buying a new home from Croudace a particularly good experience 2) The build quality and thus the small snagging list made the early months easier to deal with. Shrina Patel & Dean who dealt with us from the after-sales team have resolved everything in a friendly & professional way.Having experience of buying new build, the Hertford Croudace staff came out as the best to deal with compared to any of the other previous developers

Terrible sales staff terrible service

Terrible sales staff terrible service. This is to do with the Croudace Homes in Maidstone on Hermitage Park site. If you come across Marta (won't say second name due to trust pilot policy but will say first name due to warning and for help to others) then run for the hills. We had nothing but problems from the lack of enthusiasm when your spending over half a million on a house you want a sales person who engages with you to make you want to hand over your money she did not. I looked at a couples of homes on the site and wanted to reserve one. I went for a 2nd viewing and was told that if I wanted it Id come in first thing and could reserve it so I did. On arrival not even a hello from this member of staff just got the keys and walked to the property. Trying to ask questions either she didn't want to answer as we were just ignored or were told I don't know the only thing she said was that our builders are the best and the brick work is great. Looking at the rear of the house the brick work was not flush at all and bowed out in the middle which we pointed out and she just shrugged saying its been approved. With such a negative attitude and unwillingness to help. After looking around some more and getting ignored she just waited outside. We then went back to the office where I said I like it and can pay full price but wasn't happy on a few bits and said we can pay full price but I want to put an offer in as I believe that it was massively over priced coming down just a little. She said we would be in contact which we thought was ridiculous as you want to know then and there or at least within 15minuites or so. So we left to then 5 hours later getting a call saying someone else had put in an offer and there's was accepted. I was fuming to get a call 5 hours after saying someone else has the property where was my phone call where was my chance to up my offer I even said Id pay full price nothing. Then to be told 'it didn't seem like you were that interested' EXCUSE ME who are you to say what I am or am not interested in. This was unprofessional and out of order, especially when I went without sleep for over 30hrs to come and see the property 2 days in a row whilst on night shift. From start to Finnish useless. Id stay well away from these people

We at Suapfit Flooring have worked for Croudace Homes for many years and having been trading for over 55 years working for many house builders, Croudace Homes have been by far the best builder to work for, from Benjamin Walters head of the interior design team, all Sales teams across Burgess Hill, Lindfield, Caterham and Ewhurst. The Accounts team, All site Foreman across these sites and including other trades have made working for Croudace easy, communication has been good, everyone is friendly and they are easy to work with to resolve any issues, Croudace have a great team across these sites that all pull in the right direction to build some of the best quality builds we have come across. If I could give 6 stars for all staff at Croudace Homes across these sites I would, keep up the good work.

We have worked with the Croudace Caterham office for over 18 years. We would consider ourselves well versed in the (South UK) construction scene working with over 100 homebuilders. Myself (and team of 70+ engineers) would perceive Croudace as being one of the UK's leading homebuilders in terms of organisation, build quality and aftercare.Importantly they develop and maintain relationships with both supply chain & end users, in turn constantly enhancing the product and service they provide. A great builder whom I would whole-heartedly recommend.

Beautiful House at Blakemore Manor

We completed on out purchase last June at Blakemore Manor and would comment that there were some distressing moments with the process, solicitors and various other parties, however, we cannot speak highly enough of Nikki Chaston as the sales manager, who was there to chase, badger, reassure and offer assistance wherever needed.Nikki has genuine empathy and bonds well with buyers and nothing is ever too much for her, no call are left unanswered, always responded to us promptly. We love our “little” or not so “little” house and know that we will be truly happy for many years to come.

The sales team, Danni and Lauren, were excellent, as was the site foreman, Calvin. Most of the follow up, of snags etc, has happened quickly and professionally. A shame about the drainage problem which has be exacerbated by the over zealous local council, which, by purchasing at the top of the estate, was avoided by us. Also could have achieved the moving of the 30 mph signage to incorporate the site entrance which is ongoing. Otherwise all good, the house is well appointed and all services work well.

The build quality is excellent and although we've had a few minor snags, these have been quickly addressed by Croudace customer service team and quickly put to rights.The Pastures development is nicely designed and each home has an individual appeal. Irresponsible Site Planning without remedy

Reported to Croudace CS & Site Management to install bollards on the entry of pedestrian road to stop those undisciplined drivers passing through under our estate in Didcot but refuse to do despite same bollards are installed on new phases of the estate.They just ignore the potential danger of the residents, especially childs and pets. New front door and frame

Front door and frame had to be replaced. Operative Lucas removed old door and frame and carefully refitted everything, including door furniture to a professional standard. He carefully resealed and made good the internal plasterwork and returned early 2 days later to repaint the frame and interior paintwork. Everything left clean and tidy. A job well done!

Broken promises

I bought from croudace homes hermitage park in 2019, which promised a school onsite, orchards and green space. However, after 3 years they have redacted the school plans and ripped up the orchard and building on the green land. All promises have been broken. Also had leaks, home built on the damp layer, bad plumbing and drains. So disappointing as it is a beautiful home.

Bad Customer Service

The low level of customer service I encountered whilst trying to deal with the Letchworth office, was quite astounding! They seem to advertise properties on their website which have already sold, making the whole process of inquiring about a property with them very confusing! Whenever ringing their office, I would always get told that the people I need to speak to phone lines were busy and was submissively told I would receive a call back, to which no avail. They also like to advertise their properties with a price of TBC, which I feel is very misleading! Overall, just a bad experience so will avoid them in the future!
