GoogleMichelle, Dave and Jodie and everyone at Willam H Brown have all been amazing on my journey of purchasing a property. They provided such a calming environment when things could be soo so stressful. When showing properties I didn't feel rushed round they answered all questions I had. When doing my mortgage they made me feel so much at ease and explained things thoroughly. When going through the purchased they contacted me to see how things were and they were also able to chase things to. They were more help sometimes than the solicitor. Everyone was so friendly and felt like you were talking to your friends just checking in all the time. It was very professional. Honestly I couldn't recommend any other place other than William H Brown they are the only place where I feel like they wanted me to find a home. Highly recommend, so much so that my parents are now looking to sell with them from my good expereince and the trust we have with them. Thank you all so much.

GoogleRecently secured a property for my in-laws who were returning from overseas and had the pleasure of dealing with Olly. He was by far the friendliest and most professional member of staff in the branch and worked extremely hard to ensure all went as smoothly as possible and kept us up to date every step of the way. Olly is a real asset to William H Brown, the management team should feel extremely lucky to have him as part of their team.

My faith in agent agents has been restored... after using 4 other local agents, with no success in selling my bungalow, William H Brown came to my rescue and succeeded where the others failed... Extremely unprofessional and disorganized team. I contacted this agency regarding a property to let. Michelle initially promised to arrange a viewing but never followed up. After chasing them myself, I finally spoke with another team member who scheduled a viewing, only for it to be for a completely different property than the one advertised on their website.

GoogleI have used the Clacton branch of William H Brown before for buying and selling property. The staff are always polite and courteous, going that extra mile to make sure your experience is not a massive trauma. You end up coming to to the realisation that, unless they are all amazing and talented actors, they must genuinely care to be bothered to try again. I give them 10/10

These agents had our best interest at heart and in less than two weeks helped out with a really lovely apartment for my husband, baby and I. GoogleBoth Oliver and Tom in the lettings department have gone above and beyond anything that could be in expected to both get my family in the property we wanted and also ensure any issues were dealt with promptly. I cannot recommend renting through these guys and William H Brown enough. They are an absolute credit to the company and the industry as a whole.
