GoogleThank you to all the team especially Siobhan at WB for making the sale of my house run smoothly and efficiently with the professional touch that only other estate agents can aspire to. Even though potential buyers came and went Siobhan kept the sale on track maintaining viewings at every opportunity through her own determination, persistence and dedication. I’m truly thankful to her for the smooth interaction she maintained between all parties concerned during conveyancing and reaching the completion date in record time saving me months of additional mortgage payments. She has a genuine friendly and kind nature. I will always think of her as a friend.

GoogleBrilliant service from James and the team with a special mention to Michelle Barr in handling our sale. We had 3 previous buyers pull out for various reasons and Michelle still kept beavering away to find us a buyer and get us to completion. Cannot recommend these guys enough and a massive thank you for all of your help.

GoogleThe customer service from Oli and Tom was amazing fri the day I picked up the phone e to enquire until the day I moved in! They kept in contact and always did their best with any questions or problems. I also recieved a beautiful welcome pack with information and goodies which was a really nice touch 😊 Very happy.

I would leave no stars if I could. No communication. Was recommended modern auction method, hopeless, price plummeted and eventually we found out from the buyers a member of staff recommended a low bid. Very poor or no service at all.

Our experience with William H Brown has been absolutely horrific from start to finish. This is genuinely the worst letting experience we have ever had, and the level of negligence, dishonesty, and disregard for tenants’ wellbeing has been unbelievable.

GoogleStellar experience! I would like to express my gratitude to Olly and Tom for letting my property without any problems and extremely quickly. Those guys were very kind and they informed me about every step in the process. I was extremely stressed, because I am a foreigner and I had no idea what to expect as an owner of a property in UK. They made their best to make everything as easy as possible and found promising tenants just within few days. Thank you, lads!

GoogleJulie and Olly were brilliant they listened to my description of the type of tennent I wanted in my property and delivered a short list that fitted my requests.Both are very friendly and easy to talk to . From my old tennent moving out to new tennents moving in took 8 days from a landlords point of view is brilliant .great team .

GoogleDespite having to pull the sale due to grievances with the seller, William H brown especially Michelle Barr assisted in every possible way raising enquires without me asking, to progress the sale quicker and ensure I did not get put into a negative ownership. Michelle was a star and I would recommend using them thoroughly.
