Palmers got viewings for my property immediately it was on the market and worked tirelessly to secure my sale and purchase despite several hiccoughs beyond their control. I enquired about a property that I'd like to view around 3pm online via Rightmove. I was called around 11am the next day to arrange a date and time. I told Jack what I was looking for and he sent me one email in the following days with details for a property that was a long way out of the areas I said I would consider and quite a way over my top budget, so I unsubscribed from such emails. The viewing itself went well, the lady, Diane, was there before me and the property was all opened up. I wasn't hurried and Diane freely shared her knowledge of the property and area. The next day I received a text message inviting to complete an online form to give feedback, so I did. The day after that I received a call from Jack asking for feedback, when I said I had already provided it via the form he said he hadn't received it (a waste of my time) so I gave my feedback to him. He said he would let me know if anything changed regarding the property whilst I was still considering putting in an offer or not. Thursday at around 13:30 I see the property it now marked as sold but I've had no further contact from Jack or anyone at P&P.

If I could put a minus, I would. Absolutely useless, they valued my property and within 2 weeks they were telling me to lower the price by £75k!!!! When I asked why, they said the person who valued the property doesn't know the area, and over valued it. They never return calls or do a courtesy call once a fortnight as promised when the house went on the market, I spoke to woman who lives in the next road to me, who also had her house up for sale with them, and took it off with palmers, and put it on with another agent, due to the same reasons.

GoogleVery good customer service the buying of my property only took 7 weeks and we had Christmas and new year Always on hand to let trades in to check gas electricity also for survey to be done Also helped me push the sale to go through at the end by ringing both solicitors ( mine and sellers) and also the seller to get it over the line. I would recommend for buying and selling

GoogleFaultless. P&P worked diligently through the market depression and picked up the sale again after we took the property off. Immediately after we returned the property to market they saw a buyer through to the finish. The team in Clacton are friendly and empathetic when it comes to a bereavement sale. The agreed contract was honoured despite the break in sale, would absolutely recommend them.

GoogleDecided to sell our house in south Essex and move into rented until we find somewhere to buy. We had never done renting before, but Palmers and Partners made the transition very easy. The staff are extremely diligent, friendly and aim to please. They made is completely stress free. Our contact was Charlotte and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even since the rental started they are checking up to see if all is well. Would highly recommend this agency. 1st class service.
