today we were shown a property by Diane and can honestly say she was so knowledgeable about the house, the area, catchment schools etc. So lovely to have an estate agent who wasn’t pushy and rushing us around on the viewing. Diane is definitely a great asset to this company, Thank you for such a good, smooth experience with this viewing of the property.

Kept everyone calm and happy. Really smooth sailing. When Macauley was on leave or wasn't in the office, Brady took over on the odd occasion and was just as incredible. Thank you to the whole team, and for the goody bag we received. Best estate agents in Clacton! Nothing was ever a problem, and I asked every question you could as a first time buyer. We dealt with Brady who was brilliant throughout, despite us wanting 3 viewings and much deliberation over which flooring to go for, he was supportive throughout and communication was faultless. Brady is a fine example of someone who you can tell genuinely enjoys his job, really wants to do things properly and takes time to get to know his clients and support them.

My experience with estate agents was very little. I had initially chosen a different estate agent before moving my house sale to Palmer and Partners. In my experience Palmer and Partners offered me very sound; honest advice. There was frustration both from my end and theirs regarding a prospective buyer. However, I feel that they managed the circumstances very well and kept me informed regularly. Thankyou to Harry & Brady and the whole Palmer & Partner'sTeam. GooglePalmer & Partners were the estate agents for the property we were purchasing. There were a few hiccups along the way but generally it was a smooth process. Would particularly like to thank Harry for his assistance, he did everything possible to move the purchase along and his communications were extremely prompt. When he wasn't available he was admirally backed up by Brady. Should the need arise for an estate agents services I would use Palmers without hesitation.

GoogleRented out my flat for 6 years using Palmer & Partners Clacton. I was initially told that there was a pool of reasonably priced, reliable contractors and total vetting of potential tenants. Brilliant at first, dealt mainly with Hayley who discussed everything with me and dealt well with the tenants. Unfortunately, this level of service disintegrated until it became very stressful to deal with the office. Tenants were not made aware of their responsibilities and everything then became my responsibility; nobody seemed to want to question the tenants or the contractors (one of which I now know sub-contracted a job). I would have been better off dealing with the tenants myself instead of comments being passed back and forth when it should have been dealt with by the letting agent! I have ended up selling the property rather than deal with a letting agent again and uninformed and unsuitable tenants.

GoogleI bought my bungalow through Palmer and Partners. There were a number of delays with my sale, which was undertaken by a different estate agent from Hampshire. Throughout the process the staff at Palmer and Partners were in regular contact. This was not the usual, email/messages, type of contact, but they actually picked up the phone and spoke to me. They made me feel like I mattered. They treated me as an individual person, and showed care and concern for my worries anxieties and the problems that dogged my sale and purchase. I would highly recommend this estate agent. I would particularly like to mention Harry and Brady, who kept me informed throughout the 8 month transaction. Thank you team at Palmer and Partners.

The process started with Harry who was particularly professional in his approach on the viewing, it was also harry who negotiated the offer for us and secured us the home. From then on we were in the capable hands of Lynn. Buying a home is stressful but lynn made it as stress free as possible. Keeping me updated throughout the process, and always being at hand to assist when needed. I couldn’t thank Lynn, Harry and the team enough!

GoogleI had difficulty finding a property at a price I could afford and arranged a lot of viewings through many estate agents but palmer and partners outshone the rest. Im particular Harry Cox showed me round many properties, was always friendly, helpful and professional. Considering P&P werent my estate agents I found Harry went the extra mile letting me know of properties he thought would suit. Yes you can say he was only trying to get a sale, but no other estate agents were doing this and Harry always came across as genuine and very patient with me turning down property after property. GoogleAmazing estate agents, David was so helpful on advising us on getting our house ready to sell then produced in depth 360 views of our house for potential buyers to see. They sold the house within days! Lyn from the sales progression team was extremely helpful with getting our sale over the line. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them - communication on every step of the process was easy and we never had to chase for a return call from them. Would highly recommend Palmer &Partners 😀
