Lovell are using a management company on many of their new developments who operate under the trading name of 'Ground Solutions'. Be warned this firm will leave your fantastic new development in a dire state. Check with Lovell who they are appointing to maintain the development long-term before you sign on a new property: you only have to look at Ground Solutions to see how quickly, private developments, are now deteriorating due to severe mismanagement that Lovell continue to endorse.

Saddened I’ve sent numerous emails to customer care, weekly intact and no reply. Fully appreciate COVID has ground stuff last year to a halt but still unresolved issues from Oct 2019.Plumber has been I don’t know how many times.For the price I paid I would expect better.

Thank you for your reply. I have a full log and account of how many times I have had to chase the sales re our property. Seen as we first reserved the house last October, we were told we would be in before Christmas and we are still not in the house! I make more calls to Lovell than Lovell make to me!The house is beautiful we just want to move into it. The date has been changed 4 times. We have been so patient. Please just make it so we can move in ASAP

I can only give nothing but negative reviews for this company, we bought a new house from Lovell in April 2022. The after sales Service from the customer Service team is nothing short of SHOCKING, I formally complained on 22nd January 2023 after numerous verbal complaints came to no avail, they said they would investigate and get back to me, guess what nothing has been received, I have spoken to quite a few people on the estate who have had similar experiences.
