So they booked me in to two more properties in one day. GoogleWe've tried contacting Barbers Estate agents in Wellington, Telford on multiple occasions by online requests and via phone and we've never had any response to any of our requests. When you phone it just rings and rings without answer. Today I decided to go to the actual estate agent to ask about arranging a viewing of a property that was listed but when I got there the door was locked even though I could see someone in there. She eventually came you the door and was very rude. Basically said she couldn't do anything to help me as the lettings team don't work weekends and then closed the door on me. I find this very odd since the website clearly says they are open sat 9am till 4pm. I feel like she was annoyed that I'd disturbed her from doing no work. GoogleI can honestly say that Barbers have always been first class when trying to find me a quality tenant for any of my rental properties. They are attentive, courteous and proactive in trying to secure quality tenants and have always served me well. They don’t treat you just like a customer they actually make me feel like a friend that they care about and are extremely supportive just like a best friend. I cannot recommend them highly enough and specifically Andrea Taylor and Belinda Naylor are a credit to the company as they have a natural flair for providing world class service and are always at the end of the phone if you need them. Well done Barbers !!
