Absolutely amazing company with wonderful staff, despite me being very picky they regularly called offering me viewings for different properties. They didnt give up, and showed me all types of properties so me and them could fully understand what i was actually after from a property. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Much more helpful and procative than any other estate agents I've used.

We moved to Imperial Properties from another agent, and were amazed at how quickly the property sold. We are talking days, as in one or two, and they followed through to completion liaising with the Solicitors. Fantastic team who work well together, and come across as being very keen and energetic. We are really pleased to have discovered such amazing people and will definitely use again.

GoogleEstate agent didnt even turn up, told me to look inside other other new build houses when people live in them, useless, didnt know which house was for sale, ended up talking to the developer themself, bypassing these, dont go with these guys, getting paid to do nothing

Hi Layla, thank you for our 1 star review. The reason we wouldn't get any 'jobs sorted' as you politely put it, is that we do NOT manage your property!! I would suggest contacting the landlord / agent that does manage it. Many Thanks Admin Team

GoogleTried to rent a house from a private landlord who used this company, sadly the landlord pulled out at the last minute after numerous phonecalls, emails and offers to meet him at the property. Really took the pleasure out of moving. Imperial themselves were great, they refunded everything and were very apologetic. It's just a shame that the landlord was a tool!

The team at Imperial were excellent in the way the sale of our rental flat was conducted. The admin was always carried out straight away and additional requests for info was immediately responded to. It made a refreshing change to deal with a business that works so efficiently.
