Hi Howard, Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a one-star review, truly appreciated! However, we’re a little puzzled as we don’t seem to have any record of ever dealing with you, whether as an applicant, tenant, landlord, or vendor. Could you kindly remind us of how we had the pleasure of working with you? Or perhaps this is a spurious review? We’d love to clear up any confusion, so do feel free to get in touch and let us know how we can help. Many Thanks, Admin Team
