Good afternoon Mr Taylor, we are very sorry that you were unable to book a viewing of one of our properties. Where a property currently has a tenant in situ, we need to legally have permission from that tenant to enter the property for viewings and it was likely that, in this case, we were waiting for the tenant to confirm access to us. Whilst we can appreciate that it is frustrating, when you would like to book a viewing of a property, some of our landlord’s do prefer for their property to be marketed for let whilst we are gaining access via the current tenants. If you would like to give us another call with your property requirements, the team would be more than happy to see if we have any suitable properties becoming available for you.

GoogleAfter many months of being let done by potential buyers I then placed my property in complete estate agents hands. The brochure they produced was excellent and very professional.
The house sold quite quickly and although the exchange was fairly long , through no fault of theirs, I was always kept informed all the way through. This is indeed a very big bonus to know how things are progressing.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and I had no hesitation in asking their advice when necessary.
