GoogleWe've been in our new home nearly a month now and Complete managed the sale. From viewing the property back in May, Tegan has been there all the way and couldn't have been more brilliant. Despite a difficult and stressful time with lots of complications, Tegan has kept us informed and been on hand throughout it all. Although we have no intention of moving from our lovely home if we had to we wouldn't hesitate to go to Complete, they are a different class of Estate Agents.

GoogleTegan at Complete Estate Agents has been absolutely fantastic! I first enquired back in around May 2025 and Tegan was the one who responded to me at the Teignmouth Office. Despite moving to a temporary different Office in Cranbrook, Tegan still kept in contact and connecting us to housing options we may like. We still haven’t bought our home yet due to set backs and a fall through (nothing to do with Complete Estate Agents). However, Tegan has still been maintaining contact with myself and checking in. Really unusual to find in a person and in particular an estate agent! I highly recommend contacting Tegan at Complete as she is absolutely wonderful and a real credit to Complete estate agency. They are very lucky to have her and that she is so kind and caring towards all types of clientele even ones who haven’t bought from the estate agent (yet) and keeping in contact and helping to provide us different locations that we might not have considered!

GoogleWe had originally put our house up for sale with Complete in order to purchase a local property but issues with the purchase became complicated. At all times the staff in the Teignmouth office were helpful, kind and patient and after dropping out of the purchase the sale completed smoothly and quickly. Special thanks to Tegan and Dominic. We would recommend this firm to other buyers/sellers.

GoogleI approached Complete in the Summer of 2021 to sell my flat after another Teignmouth agency it was with failed to generate a single offer in over 3 months. Complete sold it within 7 days and from there on both Ben, Mia and the team have been a delight in getting the sale processed. The whole experience was smooth, professional and both Ben, Mia and the team were incredibly responsive in providing updates and answering any questions. Would highly recommend.

GoogleWe have been trying to sell our property for some time now but due to the current market conditions it is proving very difficult. However we have had fantastic support from Tegan in the Teignmouth branch. She is so supportive, polite and always very helpful. She checks in regularly and always does what she says she is going to do. Never fails to get back to you. Her telephone manor is very professional . She has made this difficult time a lot easier to deal with. All I can say she is such an asset to the business and it’s a pleasure dealing with her.

It really helps, because it helps me to think outside the box and she has suggested properties that I had maybe overlooked or not found. Hopefully with her efforts she will eventually sell one to me!

GoogleCompleted Teignmouth branch After the loss of a family member my Sisters put the property on the market with complete. I can honestly say from start to finish they have been incredible and I would highly recommend. The staff were amazing and always willing to help. I want to highlight two people within the team who truly went above and beyond. Stuart Sealey the area manager was helpful when we struggled to get information regarding the position on the buyers solicitor and when there were delays with enquires being put forward. Stuart contacted all parties and helped progress the sale making sure all were informed on the positions. The other person is Tegan Satterley Faulkner who without her professionalism and perseverance between our solicitor and the buyers solicitor to make sure everything was in place and was progressing at a sensible pace I am not sure we would have exchanged/ completed as quickly as we did. I would liaise with Tegan explaining our concerns she would be in contact with the relevant people straight away and kept me fully updated with an explanation, what we needed to do and what was outstanding which enabled us as the vendors to complete the tasks given efficiently. My Sisters and I cannot express our gratitude enough. This was a hard and difficult situation due to being a probate property after the death of our Mum. We will not forget the help of complete thank you. If you are considering an estate agent I cannot recommend complete enough.

GoogleTeingnmouth Complete Estate agents were amazing. The whole team especially Ben kept me informed almost daily with updates. They chased up conveyancers and vendor proactively making what was a very stressful situation so much easier. Ben always returned my frantic calls with patience and understanding. If only my experience with London estate agents had been the same! Highly recommend this branch and company.

GoogleAll of the staff team have been just brilliant and we would use this agency again. We wanted to thank the whole team for being so great with keeping us up to date and providing us with so much useful information.
