GoogleBooked an appointment to view a property in Dawlish yesterday with Ben.
Had a confirmation of a viewing in Teignmouth from him, so I rang and spoke to a member of staff in the office who assured me an email would be sent and that I should attend for the viewing.
I duly arrived early then phoned after waiting 15 minutes after the appointed time.I then rang the office again to be told I was expected at a property in Teignmouth.
I explained that I had already told the office they had me at the wrong address and that a mail was sent.The answer I received was.
Well we get a lot of messages I am assuming that means they cannot be bothered to read themNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Contacted Will Smith owner received rapid phone call to say looking into matter and told he would get back to me during the week. This did not happen. Left voice mail no reply. Will now have to take to Ombudsman. My trust in this Agent has been lost and would not recommend this agent to anyone. Very unhappy

GoogleWe were delighted to meet Mia Carus when we viewed a flat in Teignmouth, which we decided was not for us. She discussed our likes and dislikes and very soon she seemed to know what we might be looking for. The following Monday, she rang us with details of a new property and by mid morning we had viewed it and our offer had been accepted. She was always available to discuss any of our questions and took the time to visit us in our new home with a welcome pack. Her cheerful and helpful disposition are exactly what is needed to succeed at customer service in house sales.
Sadly the lady who was assigned to us to monitor our purchase progression left a lot to be desired and did little to assist us.
Although house sales are rocketing at the moment, with little or no effort being required, people like Mia realise that customer service wins the day and will be essential when sales are not so easily acquired and we are back to the days of competition.PositiveResponsiveness
