We didn't initially go with Chamberlains - but with hindsight we wish we had! Our house was on the market for 9 months with another agent and not a single offer. We changed over to Chamberlains and had an offer within a week which went all the way to completion. So that speaks for itself! Helen and the team were very easy to deal with and there was none of the 'pushy-ness' often associated with a sales team, just professionalism and no harsh sales tactics to get us onboard. They were very good at keeping is informed and following things up from both sides. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them or using them again. Fantastic service!

What a great team Teignmouth Chamberlains have. From the moment I met Helen at our flat, I felt confident that I had chosen the right agents. She had a really good knowledge of local property, values, timescales and conveyancing agents. She filled me with confidence, answering all my questions and was very positive, even though the housing market isn't as bouyant as it was. And she wasn't pushy, I was left to go away and discuss everything with my husband and mull things over for a few days. We are so glad that we chose Chamberlains. The Teignmouth branch of Chamberlains recently completed the sale of my Mother in laws house. Helen and her team worked tirelessly to get this through, the sale involved a long and complicated chain. They were brilliant at keeping the whole process on track, communicating with my elderly Mother in law frequently, sometimes way past office hours and when problems arose finding solutions. Our whole family agreed their efforts and professionalism was worth every penny of their fee, which we considered to be very reasonable. I have not sold in Teignmouth before and the Estate Agent we bought our present house through 16 years ago is no longer in Teignmouth. We were lucky that Chamberlains were the selling agents for the house in Teignmouth we were interested in. There were a number of ongoing challenges during the conveyancing process that Helen, in particular, became intimately involved as the go-between all parties using the skill of top-notch communication. More so than I have ever previously experienced. This was just as well, as, without that, I cannot see how the transaction could have been concluded. It was also gratifying that all the staff in the office were interested and happy to become positively involved when required.
