We had to sell a property in the UK whilst living overseas. Our first email from Helen the Manager stated " we are here to help you make the whole process as stress free as possible, so whenever we can help, please do let me know.” This was entirely true. Helen and her staff were marvellous, supporting us all the way with excellent communication and feedback. They found a buyer in a matter of weeks when the previous agents took months without success. We are buying a house through Chamberlains in Teignmouth and have been extremely impressed with the professional & friendly service we've received from all the staff here. We must single out the manger, Helen, for a special mention. When our purchase of another house through a different agent fell through, Helen contacted us and mentioned she was taking instructions on a house she thought might suit us, and would we like to view. We liked the property very much, even more than the one we'd just lost, and offered on it. Helen's negotiating skills are first class, and there was a very happy outcome for all concerned. The Chamberlains team have been very good at keeping us informed throughout the buying process. Very happy to recommend them.

From the speedy appointment to view a property, the friendly cheerful (hilarious) agent (Jon) who showed us round, the ever pleasant Selina answering the phone and the unbelievably above-and-and beyond-the-call -of- duty help from Helen this agency shares with our own Exeter agency the most positive aspect of what has proved to be a challenging and frequently frustrating process. Helen really kept me on the right side of sanity on several occasions. Seems to me that Chamberlains in Teignmouth really care about both the vendor and the purchaser and do whatever is possible (and sometimes the impossible) to get us all to the contract exchange day in one piece.
