They achieved a very good price for us and in a short timescale allowing us to move on with our plans. They had a number of buyers lined up for the property when it went on the market. Their work was so good that it sold on the first day of going on the market at a good price. I have no hesitation in recommending Chamberlains if you wish to sell your property.

GoogleWe had earlier found a suitable property with another agent, unfortunately we lost out to another buyer, but Chamberlains, who had already been recommended, set about searching for something suitable. Within a day or so, we were offered another property which met our requirements and our offer was accepted. During the process from submitting an offer to completion, a sad and unfortunate complication emerged beyond everyone's control, but while this caused a delay, we were kept in the picture of developments, offered assurances on the progress of our purchase, and things were always dealt with in a calm and reassuring fashion. GoogleThis is the second time I have used Chamberlains here in Teignmouth in the last 5 years. The reason is because because I was fully satisfied with their service the first time. On the send occasion despite the buyer of my property having complications, the staff were always supportive, helpful and understanding. Having the corona virus to contend with in no way diminished the excellent support they gave me and also assisted in every way they could with other queries I faced in moving. We had trouble finding a suitable home due to the fast moving property market at present but they went out of their way to help us find somewhere. We visited several properties in Teignmouth and Bishopsteignton with Alex. The visits were all planned well making it easy for us. Of all the agents that we saw, Alex was by far the most enthusiastic and helpful. He did a good job selling the positive points of each property, but was also candid and honest about any downsides. A real pleasure to work with. Helen also provided good assistance and follow up for the viewings.
