GoogleA first class team in operation at Chamberlains. They work hard, fast, and effectively, to sell your property. Communication is excellent and they are extremely helpful. They had viewings for our property the first day and sold it within a week!! If you're looking for an estate agent, we cannot recommend this team highly enough.

GoogleThe friendly Chamberlains Team worked tirelessly on my behalf to secure buyers and then `nurse' the transaction through to completion within 11 weeks. They proved to be fast effective communicators between me, my buyers and - critically - the lawyers for both sides. They were prepared to go the `extra mile': for instance copying and emailing a vast ream of documents for me, then sending them on to all the other parties. Buying and selling is stressful but having the support of highly professional people, who can cope with the occasional `Diva' moments, is extremely helpful. I recommend them without hesitation - and no - I'm not being paid to say so!

GoogleA very tricky sale with multiple potential buyers having to pull out as they were unable to sell their own houses and, towards the end, a delay caused by probate, but all was handled efficiently with humour and patience by the team at Teignmouth.

GooglePositive and proactive sales team who were instrumental in securing the sale of our property and kept us involved in the whole process throughout. The team were very helpful good natured and supportive at all times My only criticism was that we were not advised to decorate the property as they believed that it would sell with potential and we finally , after 3-4 months of no movement took this decision ourselves - this had the immediate effect of an offer and resulted in the sale. Once there was this interest however Chamberlains were very active and instrumental in securing the sale at a good price
Thank you for your re-view and your feedback about the decorating which did make a difference in the end to achieve a sale. We will take this on board for advising some vendors in the future. Thank you for coming back to us to sell the house when the other agent was unsuccessful. Even though our fee was slightly higher we hope the extra advertising and the hours we are available made the difference in achieving a stress free sale.
