GoogleAvoid at all cost! Extremely rude and dismissive. Like all letting agents their loyalties lie with the landlord this is at the cost of the tenants, instead of advising landlords to carry out work that is needed to be done at the property they will wait for the tenants to move out and make them responsible instead of making the landlord responsible for their own property. I moved into a property with stains on the bathroom floor which I was assured would be cleaned, various other minor issues which should have been resolved prior to moving in ie grass not being cut for months the shower having black mould in the corners and poor plumbing under the kitchen sink, upon vacating the property I have now been told I am responsible for this and it will be deducted from my deposit. They have failed to send necessary documents which again they are trying to use against us to deduct from our deposit. I would strongly advise renting privately where possible there is just not enough protection for tenants

GoogleWe were extremely pleased with the service that Ben provided. He gave us an accurate estimate on the optimum selling price an advice on what we should and should not do. He delivered a number of interested buyers, just as he promised to do. We received several offers and negotiated a deal that was satisfactory for us. He was then tireless in getting the deal through. An excellent job all round and I do not hesitate to recommend Dart and Partners on that basis.

GoogleDart acted as our letting agent for 8 years, and provided an excellent service throughout that time. The staff are always cheerful and helpful, and they always responded to any communications quickly which was important to me. They secured good quality tenants, and when occasional problems occurred, they acted promptly to inform me and resolve them. Sub contractors used for property maintenance were always at a reasonable rate. We had a few tenancy changes and these always went smoothly with minimum void time between them. The eventual sale of the flat was co-ordinated smoothly which was pleasing, as this can be difficult with tenants in situ. I would definitely recommend and use them again

GoogleThere was no doubt that we were going to use Dart and Partners to sell our house. In the first week we had over seven viewing booked and it was under offer within an week of going on the market. The communication and marketing stragedy is excellent! Their reputation really did exceed my expectation. Highly recommend! My property sold smoothly!

GoogleIf you are looking to sell your property with this company then I would strongly advise you look elsewhere, we are cash buyers, so nothing to sell, no chain etc, we popped in over the weekend to register our details and enquire about one particular property. We were met by a very pleasant young girl who took our details but it was her first day so couldn’t answer any of our questions, she informed us that Paul the manager would be able to help. We waited and after a few minutes he appeared and sat at his desk where upon he engaged himself in working on his computer and mobile phone, we obviously wanted to know as much as possible about the property but he seemed pre occupied and only gave very limited answers to our questions. He couldn’t even be bothered to stand up and introduce himself, so we left to register with the other estate agents. This morning we get an email saying that he has removed our details from their mailing list ! I don’t think we will ever be stepping inside their door again!
