From the very first contact, my experience with Dart & Partners Teignmouth has been absolutely outstanding. Liesa was extremely professional and helpful, making everything smooth and stress-free from the start. Jordan went above and beyond in arranging a viewing for my son, and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. We were then welcomed by the amazing Teresa, who was a sheer delight to meet, friendly, genuine, and a true breath of fresh air. She showed us around the property with warmth, professionalism, and a wealth of knowledge. Both Teresa and Jordan went over and beyond to secure my son’s new tenancy, answering every question promptly and clearly. Their dedication, professionalism, and care really stood out, and it’s clear they genuinely want the best for their clients. I honestly cannot thank Liesa, Jordan, and Teresa enough for everything they have done. I would highly recommend all three of them, and Dart & Partners Teignmouth as a whole, to anyone looking for the very best service in property.

Very good excellent service from all at Dart and partners Teignmouth team as you would expect from their reputation. We only wished we had gone with them in the first place instead of another company that lost our house keys even before the first viewing😡 The Dart and Partners team are hard working no nonsense friendly helpful staff especially Fran who was our sales negotiator to sell our house. She was always in contact by phone or email very quick in responding either way and always kept us updated and informed on progress. I would highly recommend and encourage you to use Dart and Partners as they seem to be the only local company that’s worth using and get the job done . After my parents' death we needed to sell their house as a probate sale. The house needed some work and the fact that both executors lived in London made things more difficult. Ben gave a fair idea of price and secured multiple viewings over several months in a difficult market. He was always honest in his feedback, keen to update us and absolutely determined to help us sell. We completed in October 2024. I cannot recommend him too highly.

Ben Epps is the go to estate agent of Teignmouth. A consummate professional who goes above and beyond.
