GoogleWe’ve just completed on a property today, after four months. It was up and down with this property from day one with lots of nail biting waiting and at times when we thought we’d lost the property. Through it all, Lesley (the after sale support manager) was exceptional in answering any queries promptly, chasing for updates with the seller as well as both parties solicitors, moving everyone towards the finish line. GoogleI don't often write reviews but wanted to write this one for Dexters, who took over the sale of our house from another high street agent, as we weren't getting the traction we needed and had had negative estate agency experiences, which i can hands down say, they turned around for us - into such a positive experience. So much so, we ended up buying through them too.
From beginning to end - they were diligent, transparent, efficient and communicated and advised openly and regularly. Most importantly, they got the right potential buyers through the door in the first place and unlike other agents promises of high sale price with lower agent fees, didn't over price to begin with, so we were under no false expectations and most importantly, they had a strategy (also unlike other agents) and i believe that one of the major factors why we sold through them. And sold quickly.
The agents were also fantastic who tirelessly showed prospective buyers around, understanding and highlighting the house's USP. The management team were reassuring and guided us the whole way. And the follow up afterwards was an added bonus. It's not often you can write positively about estate agent experiences, but credit where credit is due - which is why i wanted to thank all the Teddington team and write this review.

GoogleWe are lucky in that we have not actually had to deal directly with Dexters much since we moved in to our property a couple of years ago, but whenever we have had minor issues they have been pretty swift to get them sorted, and staff have always been friendly and understanding. When looking for our property they got us in to see a newly available property before it had been listed anywhere, so we trusted their suggestion based on what they knew we were looking for, and it was perfect - the whole process was very smooth. Thoroughly recomend getting in touch with them directly rather than relying soley on rightmove/zoopla etc.

GoogleDecided to use Dexters last week, I was nervous as i had a bad experience with another agent last year after having my property on their books for two weeks told me i had to drop the price by 100k I refused but every week they told me i would not sell with out the reduction. I had taken my property off the market for two months and have been reluctant to put it back on. Ann from Dexters put me at ease and was very straight talking she did not over promise to get my business. I decided to go with them and signed the contract Thursday, my property was live by Monday and three viewings have already been booked hours after going live. I feel very confident I have made the right decision.
