The moment I met Alice, when she came to value our beloved family home of 28 years, I could tell she had the enthusiasm, drive and conviction to achieve a sale at a great price. I chose Dexters on the force of her personality alone, and of course, she delivered! I insisted on discreet marketing to start with (the house was never listed on the property portals) and after 5 viewings in the first week we achieved two great offers, one of which we have accepted. GoogleWe came to Dexters just after the end of the first lockdown. We had suddenly come across our dream home in Devon and we needed a quick sale here in Teddington. It was critical we found the correct buyers ie chain free and able to move swiftly. It was a nail biting time but I cannot thank Dexters enough. They were extremely proactive and quick to respond to a tricky market. We are thrilled to announce that we have just exchanged on both properties today!! I know for sure that this is down to the incredible team at Dexters. Well done guys - you made our dreams come true and I cannot recommend you enough!!

GoogleA very mixed review. I noticed someone else wrote that they chose Dexters on the force of Alice’s personality alone and I also did the same. She really is as enthusiastic and as driven as they say. I’d would also add she has such a lovely warm personality that you feel as though you have been friends for years. That being said its been 2 weeks since completing on the sale of my first property and I still feel a little scarred from the transaction. On one hand they found a buyer very quickly, yet on the other there was no-one free to show her the property so I did so myself. This buyer and the solicitors used turned out to be an absolute nightmare. Throughout the transaction I felt as though Dexters were actually working for my buyer and did not have my best interests in mind as their actual client. However, towards the end the service improved. All in all when I sit here in my temporary accommodation with 2 and bit weeks to go before I finally get to move myself, looking at the invoice and just how much I paid for this service, I’m sorry to say I’m not sure I would in fact use Dexters again.

GoogleI’ve had such a positive experience working with the Dexters Teddington office. I can honestly say that I’ve enjoyed all communications with senior lettings agent Sara Katie Fayed. Sara listenEd to my requirements as well as understanding my limitations and found the right flat - first time. From this moment on I’ve been in constant contact with her, all emails answered promptly, no question too big or small! She made me feel like every request I made was never an issue. Sara guided me through the whole process with extreme kindness and professionalism. Any issues raised she was one step ahead. Now the contract has been signed and she is still offering Her support. This is the second time renting with the Dexters Teddington office which has once again made what could be quite a stressful period, a really enjoyable one.

GoogleHad an amazing experience with Dexters, from the period of signing up, looking for properties that met every requirement of mine until the last bit of paperwork. Not a lot of real estate agents were getting back to me so consistently during quarantine. Sara in particular was a massive help. She was professional and walked me through everything in detail.
