Very positive experience with Dexters on my recent property rent. Everything happened so quickly and it must also be due to luck to view a property and on the same day get the offer accepted. But, regardless of that, Dexters handled the whole process effortlessly. Arranged a viewing, helped in putting through an offer, handle it with the landlord etc. The agreement signed a week later after all checks concluded etc. Every comm handled with professionalism and care. Hannah Hills from your Teddington office not only helped me but basically coordinated everything possible for my purchase to happen. This review was from three years ago when Dexter's sold us the house....Dexters have recently sold on the house for us and while the below still stands I would like to add, that the house was not listed and sold for over asking 3 days later....not much more can be said than that. Hugh thanks for the team. HIGHLY RECOMEND FOR BOTH BUYERS AND SELLERS. Dexter's are by far the most professional agents in the area....and I dealt with all of them! From the pricing/portfolio of the houses through to exchange - Excellent Service Have just exchanged on a house and was kept very well informed throughout the entire process. Its very comforting to be able to pick up the phone through what can be a stressful process and have customer focused staff to talk you through every aspect.

I have been super impressed with the service I have been offered by Dexter’s! I was in a race to buy another property before I had mine under offer following the new Covid guidelines. Ann Sinclair in the Teddington office was absolutely fantastic at getting things moving quickly, alongside her team- Siobhan, Hannah and Ryan. We need to talk about Sienna. Last year, like many, I lost my business (a restaurant of 14 years) to Covid-19. The experience nearly destroyed me, but I’ve slowly rebuilt my life, thanks in part to the support I’ve had to draw on from Universal Credit, which literally saved me from homelessness. What I wasn’t prepared for was the ‘No DSS’ signs which confronted me, when right in the teeth of the pandemic I had to find a new home. From simply being stonewalled by some of the biggest high-street estate agents, to the literal red-box-ticked ‘No DSS’ signs on the biggest private landlord website, a wall had gone up. I have two young children, so it’s hard to describe the anxiety; how humiliating it was to be confronted with such obvious discrimination while fearful for our future. And then, as luck or fate would have it, I chanced upon a lettings agent at Dexter’s prepared to learn about my circumstances, not judge; someone prepared to work against the ugly preconceived ideas of ‘benefits scroungers’, who accepted that while for many the world had changed forever, we all deserve to be treated equally while we get back up on our feet. So, I want to express my gratitude for all these things to Sienna Kelmendi, and also for her kindness in helping manage my anxieties and fears throughout the last few months, for her professionalism in helping me through the administrative minefield and finally, for her dogged determination, and success in helping us find our wonderful new home which we’ve just move into. As for preconceived ideas, I too have learnt not to judge too swiftly, particularly when it comes to lettings agents, because there is goodness everywhere. Thank-you Teddington Dexter’s and thank-you Sienna. (And thank-you too Sean, for your able handover.)

I can't praise Alex and the Dexters team highly enough. We went first with another agent that didn't manage to get us hardly any viewings in the 2 months we were with them, and when we were about to give up and get out of the market, Alex came to the rescue. She got us more viewings in the first weekend than the other agent in 2 months, and we sold in 4 days! She also worked really hard to get us the property we were looking for, which we have just exchanged on.
