When I thought I'd lost out on the house I wanted to buy when the chain collapsed they thought of me immediately to ask if I still wanted to move and the opportunity to do so had arisen. GoogleAbsolutely shocking service. Would not recommend to anyone. As soon as we signed the contract they wanted to drop our price by 75k within 10 days!! Then when they finally got a buyer (of their personal database) he was 3 days late on completing and Dexter's could not care less. They made no attempt to contact their buyer or communicate with us. I would sell your home with anyone but them.
