We are lucky in that we have not actually had to deal directly with Dexters much since we moved in to our property a couple of years ago, but whenever we have had minor issues they have been pretty swift to get them sorted, and staff have always been friendly and understanding. When looking for our property they got us in to see a newly available property before it had been listed anywhere, so we trusted their suggestion based on what they knew we were looking for, and it was perfect - the whole process was very smooth. Thoroughly recomend getting in touch with them directly rather than relying soley on rightmove/zoopla etc.

Dexters Teddington have been brilliant and I unreservedly recommend them. We were originally selling through another agent and our experience was very different. The support, service and Managment of the sale of our house has been outstanding. The effort and communication through the period up to getting under offer was brilliant. In addition the service and support through the offer to exchange period was truely fantastic. A particular mention goes to Donna, Kris and Lesley - but we genuinely felt the whole Teddington office were there for us. They say selling and buying a property is one of the most stressful expierences, and if you want to have a team who are personable, supportive and absolutely work on your side as a team, then our expierence of Dexters was just that. Absolutely shocking service. Would not recommend to anyone. As soon as we signed the contract they wanted to drop our price by 75k within 10 days!! Then when they finally got a buyer (of their personal database) he was 3 days late on completing and Dexter's could not care less. They made no attempt to contact their buyer or communicate with us. I would sell your home with anyone but them.
