The Best Agency in town

We found the house we have been living for 7 years through Chase Buchanan/Richmond who is in charge of the property management at the same time. During our tenancy, all problems we had faced with, had been solved by them rapidly and properly. They had also given perfect service not only in the check-in but also in the check-out process. Thanks to them we spent 7 happy years and one day if we move back to London, we definitely work with them. Thank you for everything

25 years of experience with Chase Buchanan

Chase Buchanan have looked after my property for 25 years since I moved to Australia. In that time I have had several property managers and numerous problems that needed fixing, all of which were handled with total professionalism and expediency. They have liaised seamlessly with my tenants and provided good reliable tradespeople when required. They also arranged a meeting for me to have in their offices with the building lease management team on one of my visits and were instrumental in helping solve the issues we were experiencing. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to lease a property.

I’ve been using Chase Buchanan to Manage two properties for me for the last year and I’ve been very pleased with the services. I had been self managing my properties for the last ten years but after a horrible and stressful experience with a tenant who stopped paying their rent and with all the new legislation it has been such a relief to turn over the management to a dedicated team with all the right experience and qualifications. Although additional fees have been offset by Chase getting a good rental income on both properties and the money spent has been well worth it for peace of mind.
