I was very impressed that the company also phoned me with further advice. Ijeoma Agbanyim was very friendly and professional and showed genuine interest in helping me, not just reading from a script. She couldn't have been more helpful.

Great information and great service from Get Agent to help develop a short list of local estate agents to sell our flat in Bristol. Israel Adedokun was super helpful and very efficient in making contact with a list of local agents. The website was also very helpful in showing which agents are selling the most property locally.

As with other reviews have read, we weren’t told of the referral fee and it was subsequently passed on by our agent. I called them to ask when the fee was likely to end and why. They called my agent, said it wouldn’t as I had been referred and that agents do not pass fees on. Ok I dreamt it!I have contacted another agent with a view to changing over. I will not let these people profit from my house sale.

It was easy to select the service I was after and to receive information about 4 estate agents in the property area. Israel Adedokun followed up my enquiry and provided me with some very useful information to help me decide who to instruct and some helpful questions which I have used when each estate agent visited to appraise the property.

The algorithm used for this is awful. Our house is undervalued by over £100k. How do I know that? Because we’re on the market at the higher price, the house next door sold for even more, and this ridiculous website uses OUR actual listing as an example of ‘prices in the area’. Use Zoopla. It’s far more accurate.EDIT: As of today, GetAgent has now re-valued our property. It’s now worth…..£ZERO! What a ridiculous site.

Following my initial online request I received a phone call 10 mins later, which I wasn’t expecting. Daisy was friendly and informative without being pushy and recommended another estate agent who then rang me later in the day. The website helped me narrow down which estate agents to approach.

Never used a site like this before, sold and bought many houses previously. Robyn was absolutely brilliant. Estate agents rang me within a few hours and sorted viewings almost immediately. Great service. Would totally recommend even with experience it doesn’t hurt to see percentages in an ever changing industry!

the estate agent has lost our business because of getagent, it looks like a website just giving information, they dont make it clear that they charge the estate agents 1/4% which means a 200k house has to sell for an extra £500 to cover their costs,they even tried to explain it off as just the same as an estate agent spending on flyers, the sales people ring up to pressure you into arranging valuations through them
