James Richardson was a great help. he listened to what I was saying and answered honestly, which I appreciate. James made recommendations of estate agents in my area and put me in touch with them. Another thing that was useful was his list of questions to ask the estate agents when they came for the valuation. We have our first valuation today, so I'll have my questions ready.

This Company are not transparent about their fees. Be wary of doing anything through this company. They come across as helpful but then don't explain that the fees the estate agents they put you in touch with are 0.25% more than normal, and these are just high street estate agents that you could just find on Google. And some of those agents I had contacted myself already. That extra 0.25% cost to you as a buyer is massive when considering the cost of a property. I wish I never found this website on Google and I certainly wish I had never answered the phone to them.

Get Agent provide good advice for those looking for and deciding which estate agent to use in their local area, however although they claim there is no cost to you and say that the estate agent pays them a fee; the estate agent may charge you a slightly higher selling fee. For example the estate agent I am currently working with was one of their recommended estate agents. They have a 0.9% + VAT selling fee. However as my name was passed onto the estate agent by Get Agent, the estate agent said they have to charge me 1% + VAT because they have to pay Get Agent a fee. So in the event of selling my home (which i really need to do) in effect I am the one who will be paying Get Agent! I know it is only 1% difference but which could amount to about £200 and most of us we are all trying to save money where we can. Take the time to search online for estate agents in your area and read the reviews. You can find your own estate agent. Just a word of caution beware of online estate agents, as they tend not to be very good.

After filling out your form to get some quotes I received 20 calls in 15 mins from +44 20 4529 2963 followed by 3 different mobile numbers. After blocking the numbers they continued to call repeatedly. I finally answered to complain at the aggressive behaviour and was told I was a stupid woman, that they did not care if they were being aggressive and it was my fault for now answering. Absolute disgrace that you are allowing a company like this to be recommended on your website

DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE. This "company" is nothing other than a money grabbing firm who misleads people, claims to be doing something for their extortionate fees and in fact just bombards you with emails and wants you to give out your details without permission. They then charge whatever agent you use via their link a ridiculous amount and, therefore, this gets passed onto the client. Get Agent should not be in business and the matter is being taken further. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I got a call from Chantelle after I had filled in my phone no. as the site asks you to prove you are 'a human'. She was friendly but very pushy and when I told her I clicked the 'request valuation' button by mistake for a particular agent she kept pushing for me to let her call other agents on my behalf. I immediately realised they must get some sort of commission for this but she lied and said they get sponsored by companies like Rightmove. Such a scam and breach of Data Protection. One click of a button and my details were sent to an estate agent who it so happens had already been round to my house to value.

I just viewed my house valuation The information shown on the valuation was not accurate I sold the house last year and it did not show the correct value as sold, and was well below the figure.The new owners have told me they just sold the property again.This agent forecast it dropped in valuation, but in fact sold for more than last year.There sources are not researching properly and you guys would be wrong to accepting there valuations
