Company seems genius in supporting people interested in selling their property. Had a phone call the next day by the company that didn’t feel like a hard sell or over pressured to act immediately. I was given some advice on which estate agents are performing well in the area I am selling from. Followed by an email of some questions to put to the estate agents once I have decided which to choose from a choice of 3 being the best option.Early days in my selling of a property but happy with the company to be a Compare the estate agents Business? Which is always good for someone to help with the research for anyone looking to sell a property.

I just stumbled across this on google and I was very shocked how quickly the estate agents were calling me back and the stats shown for each estate agents and reviews. James Richardson is a complete legend he called me back to check if the estate agents had been in touch and also advised me on some tips on what to ask.

Extremely polite and helpful Client Service Expert.I have been looking at selling my property for awhile now and haven't been successful. Being a first time buyer and seller, it hasn't been easy to be living abroad and keep going with the sale. I tried to get some advice through their website and got a call from Liam within seconds. He was extremely patient listening to me, went through my property details, gave valid suggestions and a check list too!Very impressed with his customer service and grateful for the advice. Absolutely fantastic service. After 7 weeks and only 1 viewing with current agent, I looked up this service and was contacted by Liam who spoke to me about my current situation. I had a really helpful conversation with him where he offered sound helpful expert advice and clearly knew what he was talking about. He answered my questions, and gave me the confidence to take charge and turn things around. Liam was able to give me the names of the 3 best performing agents in my area and contacted them to call me which they did. Liam advised requesting valuations from these agents and sent a list of really good questions to ask them to help select the right one to sell my property. Above and beyond. Thank you again.

I found Grace to be extremely helpful, and she was well informed and was reassuring in her answers to my many questions. Grace sent me some very useful tips and links that have been very useful. Selling one’s home is always a stressful time, and so trying to find a decent Estate Agent is so key to a successful outcome. To find a website that can actually help with this process was a great discovery.

I have a house which I paid 200,000 for 23 years ago. This site offers a valuation on your property within minutes. I tried it and the first thing is that they only go to 5 bedrooms and I have 14 in a 26 room house. There valuation was 164,000 when I know my house is worth at least 400,000. Who would trust such an unprofessional outfit to sell their home? A bunch of cowboys as far as I am concerned. I mean does anyone there have appropriate qualification's? Having read the reply I am even more convinced that this site is some lind of joke. What possible market tools are they using and since they only allow people to list up to 5 bedrooms then how can they ever give anyone with over that any kind of estimate. What is the point of n organisation so totally out of touch in the real world and who only allows people to list up to 5 bedrooms - the least they could do is say sorry we cannot estimate over 5 bedrooms instead of giving a estimated sle price I paid more than over 23 years ago. May as well just go to the estate agent or are they working for them and trying to rob people of the appropriate value for their properties? They know nothing about properties and just think they can look at some other property nearby and give the same price as that even though your property is 4/5 times the size and condition ot the one they base their riddiculous valuation on. I say again what is the point of them?

Awful organisation - don’t know how I ended up on their list. They keep mailing and I keep unsubscribing. They say you can unsubscribe but they keep your data on a ‘dashboard’ There doesn’t seem to be any way of getting them to delete my details - coincidentally I am now getting unsolicited mails from other random organisations and also phone calls.

Daisy was extremely helpful. She listened to us and offered sound advice. We were thinking about changing estate agents and she guided our thinking without being too pushy- just what we needed. Daisy said that she would contact an estate agent on our behalf, and sure enough, we received a call from said agents an hour later. She delivered on her promise. We can’t speak highly enough of her.

Super easy site to use and a lovely, friendly follow up call the next day, checking I knew what I was doing with selling my house (which I didn't!!). Free advice sent straight over via email 2 mins after the call too. Now our house is on the market the weekly updates through Get Agent are really helpful and give me more insight than my Estate Agent is giving us so super helpful!

Don’t bother. They contact you with emails and calls despite asking them not to. They don’t tell you that the estate agents will charge higher fees if referred from them even if you contact the estate agent before the estate agent contacts you following Get Agents referral! It also took them over 24 hours to make the referral to the estate agents. Absolutely diabolical! Only use if you want to pay more to the estate agent!

I got a phone call straight away (within pretty much seconds), Liam was enormously helpful and gave me great advice, answered my questions really knowledgeably about the market and went out of his way to help. He then sent a load of follow up emails with information and letting me know when I'd missed an estate agents call. I've now got a load of valuations booked in - it made everything easy. Very impressed with the service.
