Jasmine assisted me to find the top performing estate agents in my area. She was prompt at calling as soon as I made the enquiry online and helped me prepare for agents to visit with suggested questions to ask. She also passed my details on to 2 of the agents, who responded within 24 hours and followed up with me soon after that. Jasmine was friendly and professional, she didn't rush me which was so reassuring. I had adequate time to ask questions and can contact her again if I need to.

Daisy rang to follow up my online search for the best-performing estate agents in my area. She was friendly, knowledgeable & answered my various queries without hesitation. She arranged for several agents to call me to book a valuation when I was ready to market my property & also emailed me further helpful information, including a useful monitoring tool to eventually track the progress of my sale. Get Agent is an invaluable service which should make my choice of estate agent much more informed when I'm ready to sell. Thanks Daisy!

The person who rang me as a result of my filling in screens online had obviously read my replies and tailored his need for extra info to those replies. He was positive and polite and friendly and we had a good conversation with lots of information from his side. The follow-up emails were sent promptly to me and I heard from 4 of the estate agents on the shortlisyt he sent.

I received a call from Janiel Cunanan and after being a bit hesitant about reaching out to Get Agent who I had never heard of I was extremely impressed by the service provided and the approach of the call by Janiel. There was immediate response from a very quick request to agents to get in touch with me and I really appreciated the guidance given by Janiel on both the phone and by follow up email. I would definitely recommend reaching out to this company.

I was using Google to get idea of which estate agent to sell my property with and getagent website happen to come up. I filled in a very quick form and was given results of top estate agents, however as there weren't too many reviews on the website I exited it, not thinking much of it and being at square one. The following morning, I received a call from James Richardson, from getagent who asked how I got on with the search and if I needed any help. I was completely honest with James and told him that due to lack of reviews I didn't know how good it was. James went through the top results with me and gave me additional information about 2 estate agents I was considering and also recommended two others, who I was happy to be contacted by as it was a no strings attached call. Within minutes of ending the call with James, both of the estate agents bad called and we had a valuation booked. James also emailed me a list of questions to ask the estate agents as well as links to websites explaining what to look for/next steps. We have decided to list our property with one of the estate agents recommended by James. Would highly recommend.

Very helpful, informative call with GetAgent. I spoke to Jasmine Blades who pointed me immediately in the right direction to get evaluations on my property. I had an emailed list of estate agents near me, together with emails she had sent to the three most likely agents inviting them to contact me. I contacted the first of those agents and made an appointment for them to visit in 24 hrs time. Brillant, my thanks to Jasmine.

Janiel was very keen to help which is great. However, he was keen to send sales leads to agents we had chosen not to approach. I guess that is how Get Agent earn their crusts. Which is fair enough. I do wonder if the % of the asking price achieved is a useful measure. Does it reflect the agent's valuation accuracy or their selling skills? Will some agents under value in order to get a quicker sale and therefore appear to perform better by this measure?

Jasmine was an incredible support with brilliant knowledge and advice. Most of us might only buy and sell a house a couple of times in our lifetime and so for something so import and of huge value it’s amazing how much trust we put in estate agents, and how many estate agents have such a bad reputation. I found myself having to move fast and trusted the wrong ones. I was disappointed only a few days after I signed the contract but I kept going not aware of what I had really signed and hoping it would get better. 3 weeks later Jasmine gave me context and really helped me understand my situation as well as what my next steps needed to be. She made some introductions and reassured me. Super grateful for her support and at no cost… yet she still called at 8pm, listened to my woes and gave me friendly expert advice. What an amazing service - I wish I had known about them before I signed up an estate agent!

Amazing service and so surprised at the amount of engagement given my enquiry was on a Saturday. Josh was really helpful and talked me through the process, recommended the top 3 agents and even gave me a list of questions to ask the agents. I even received a call from an agent to book an appointment at a time convenient to me. Now that’s what you call amazing service!!!

Get Agent have been more helpful than I could have imagined. Not only did they give me a list of agents in the area I wanted, but also provided a summary of their performance. James Richardson then called to advise me on the number of valuations that would give me a better idea of a true valuation along with helpful questions to ask the agents. Fantastic! Thank you James.

I came across GetAgent by chance when they were near the top of a Google search for selling my property via Rightmove. I'm glad I did. The website is very good and the service from O'Neil Rwehumbiza was outstanding. Nice, professional and helpful and within an hour I was getting agreed calls from 2 estate agents. First class service. Highly recommend him and Get Agent.

Great service, filled in an online form to get an idea of which estate agents are considered good in my area on Sunday afternoon and then received a courtesy call from one of their agents, Anne Alowo on Monday morning just to check if I’d received their list and to give me some further information on the agents in the list and to send me further links on choosing estate agents. Anne was very helpful and even passed on my information (with my approval) to one of the estate agents that I hadn’t already contact.

I am selling a property for the first time. Through my own inexperience, I have found myself using an estate agent which is not meeting my expectations, Liam was really helpful in talking me through the options open to me, and he arranged for other estate agents to call me for a chat about the possibility of me listing with them instead.I now feel a bit more equipped to deal with things - although all the more frustrated I didn’t use Get Agent in the first place! Would have saved me a lot of stress! I'd recommend contact with Get Agent.

Friendly and very helpful! I initially used the service to understand the local estate agent landscape, and to clearly see how different agents ranked against others across different criteria. The data was clear and offered good insight. What I wasn't expecting was the delightful follow up call from James Richardson who offered some addition advice. He followed up quickly via email and shared useful info and recommendations - a huge confidence builder as we go into the long winding process of moving house. Thanks James!

He even knew about ones he didn't. He followed up fast with a useful email full of tips and tricks which have been most useful in making my first contact with possible Estate Agents. We hadn’t heard of Get agent before, but their service is good, I spoke to James Richardson & he gave us some good insight… There was no pressure to go with any 1 estate agent, he gave us all the details of local agents, alone with % cost for each agent & selling times. They also contacted the agents we thought sounded right for us, & got them to contact us. We were very pleased with their service…

This is a borderline scam website. GetAgent forcefully wedges its way into your search for an agent and takes a commission for showing you obvious estate agents in your area. They clearly state we are a free service, but they are not, without properly explaining how they do it. So here it is: after running your search on the website, which lists some obvious agencies in your area (use Google !) expect a phone call. After this GetAgent sends all these agencies a valuation request for your property. Now any agent you were planning to contact has to pay a commission to GetAgent, your independence is gone.It will leave you with no agents to contact anymore on your own and get a valuation and fee negotiation started. The cost of the commission for GetAgent can then easily be added to your final bill of the agent. For the love of everything good, use Google and avoid this website like the plague.

Requested a list online. Got a call from GetAgent representative the next morning. The representative recommended 2 local estate agents and said that I should have a look at the list and that he will send me a list of questions to ask those agents. What he did do however is share my contact details with an estate agents. Which I didn’t agree to and don’t need as I’m not in the position to assign an agent now and was just curious about what’s available in my area. Surely that’s a gdpr breach?!

The experience with Getaagent was a revelation!!!!Having had estate agents selected via word of mouth etc and appointed one - 7 months later the house had still not sold so we were looking at going through the whole process again - till a friend recommended Getaagent. O'Neil was FANTASTIC!! So proactive, extremely knowledgeable and had obviously done his homework too! Within minutes I had 3 estate agents meetings arranged and follow up from O'Neil to make sure they had contacted me and everything was in order - I can't rate it highly enough in terms of quality and efficiency of service! It really took alot of the difficulty/effort in choosing the right estate agent off my shoulders! Thank you!
