Easy-to-use website, with useful breakdowns of all the local estate agents to consider. Kamil got in touch within minutes of me doing my search and gave me lots of useful hints, tips and advice to help me with our search. I've moved house many times before but actually still found this useful, as it's been a decent period in between this move and the last, and you never know what has changed in the market. We chatted through the options the search had come up with and I agreed for him to get my top three to contact me. This was actually really useful as it took a job off my plate. I now have three valuers booked in for next week. I'd use the service again.

Hi. I contacted GetAgent when I was having difficulties with my current estate agent and I didn't know what to do. Chantelle offered great advice and assured me it was ok to change agent. She arranged for two agents to contact me and give me valuations for the property. Both agents were really helpful and enthusiastic about the property. Basically I chose the one who was able to get the property back on the market as soon as possible. I am so glad I contacted GetAgent and spoke to Chantelle.

GetAgent is a straightforward platform to use and generates a list of estate agents quickly in the local area. I liked that the recommendations were from an independant source and tailored to my area and included fees, achievement rates and sale times. It also included an over view of what was included in fees. I recieved a prompt call back from Robyn and was able to discuss these in more depth. Robyn was highly knowledgeable and was happy discuss other estate agents I had considered (that had not come up as recommendations) and give insight into these.

Caitlyn Espenilla was really helpful and keen to provide me with plenty of information to assist me in finding a suitable agent to value and sell my property. Her response to my enquiry was prompt and friendly, and I felt she couldn't do more to help me.One of the suggested agents was located out of area, which made them not relevant to my search, but that's my only complaint and may be to do with geographic area searches of the Morecambe bay/Fylde coast area sometimes overlapping. If I need to look for an agent again in the future I won't hesitate to use GetAgent and ask Caitlyn for her assistance again.

I was not sure what to expect when I input my details on the website. I was pleasantly surprised Jameel was so helpful recommending 3 local estate agents and also the reasons for the recommendation. He gave me useful tips including some questions I should be asking. He also arrange for the estate agents to call using a call forwarding system so my number was given out. Brilliant service giving insight into the black hole of property

As I am currently thinking about moving house, I came across GetAgent whilst searching for information online. After filling in the required details, the company followed up with a telephone call. Sameer Farooq was very friendly and helpful, and arranged for a local estate agent to contact me to come and value my house. I was very happy with the information provided by Sameer, both on the phone and in subsequent email messages.

Could put through the request online and got the info I needed to get started. They then followed up with a phone call the next day. They did ring a few times before I managed to answer but I spoke to Beth and she was very nice. Talked me through where we were up to in the process. Didn’t feel pressured to go for any company in particular and she gave some advice on our next steps.

However, Client Services Executive Chloe called me back soon after I had received the recommended shortlist. She helpfully explained the service they offer and shared some useful tips and advice regarding selling my property. She gave me assurance that my data would not be shared with out my permission

Ijeoma Agbanyim called me out of the blue and gave me lots of advice, much of which I was familiar with. My house is already on the market but she was suggesting I change estate agents to one they recommend who would have a better marketing strategy. I mentioned that I was thinking of a possible change and named an agent I have in mind. She was keen to suggest 2 others. Being sceptical I asked what they got out of it? She said it was free service and I wouldn’t be paying them anything. No such thing as a free lunch and I now know that if I use one of their recommendations I will be charged a higher fee, some of which will be passed to Get Agent. Up to you what you do. EDIT. Following this review Get Agent phoned me to ask where I got the information about charges being passed on by their recommended Agents. I pointed up other's reviews evidencing the fact. GA were at pains to explain that this should not happen and Agents were under contract not to recover the fee paid to them from their clients. I was reassured that if this happens, and the client reports it to GA, they will intervene and repeat offenders will be delisted. I have no reason now to doubt their professional approach but I’ve kept my 3 star rating for now simply because I have not used a GA recommended Estate Agent yet.

Caitlyn was more than helpful but her recommended agents would not be my choice as I prefer agents I know about and this is all due to recent previous experiences. I do not want a quick sale which is the other reason for the rating I am simply exploring the possibility of a move and if this happens, I want to know the value of my property before I do anything as at my age I do not want or need a mortgage.

GetAgent is a very useful site for finding an Estate Agent in my area. There was a lot of helpful info on their website re agency performance. Within an hour I had received a call from the first agency and shortly after had the second. Two valuations are scheduled now this week. A follow up call from Ijioma Agbanyim this afternoon produced many important tips for questions to the estate agent when they value my property for sale. It is so pleasant to deal with people who are friendly and competent. I would be happy to recommend all those involved.

Lovely, friendly and very helpful call from Daisy this evening. She was calling as a follow up to my visit to their site GetAgent. She enquired if all was well also asking if the estate agent they had contacted for me had rang me (which they had). We chatted for several minuntes offering me sound advice as well emailing me further information all of which was/is a great help. Very, impressed with the GetAgent service good to actually speak to friendly, helpful person. Thank You Daisy very much appreciated. xx
