TrustpilotIt's a con : Do Your Research First
The whole thing is a con. All GET AGENT do is get your details and pass them on to local agents, demanding a slice of their agency fee in return. As such the price you end up paying is more than if you'd approached individual agents direct. All 3 agents my partner contacted via GET AGENT confirmed this to him.

An absolute con.Use this service and the estate agent fees will rise by 0.25% of the asking price as a result of them having to pay Getagent that same proportion of the selling price of your home.Phone the estate agent direct and potentially save yourself thousands of pounds.They claim their service is free. It is nothing of the kind!

This site was very helpful in producing a list of local Estate Agents with information about their charges, average times to secure a sale and percentage of the asking price they were sold for.One of their team called Liam made a follow-up call and provided additional advice and recommendations, which are also very helpful.

Chose the best one in my area but to be honest they haven’t really done much except keep reducing pric3 and not offering anything else…very disappointing as they want £400 if I withdraw when I’ve been trying to relocate for ages, what’s the point now.WH all talk and no proper action other than to keep reducing prices..if that's how they work pls don't get involved and don't take get agent for performance.e
