Marwa Fandi was the lady who contacted me regarding the future sale of my property. Marwa was very professional throughout and explained the whole process in detail. She gave advice regarding what questions to ask and the statistics on length of time each agents had recently taken to sell other properties.

It took a couple of days to work out what was wrong with my account (hence not 5 stars) but, once done so, Caitlyn Espenilla was brilliant: friendly, honest, transparent, helpful (e.g. with a battery of questions for the agents)...and took a bunch of admin out of my hands.

Do not get involved with this company. I was duped into signing up with them as they say their service is "free". I then discovered to my horror that it is not "free" at all. After signing up with an Agent recommended by them to sell my house, I am having to pay my Agent a further quarter percent. He quoted me 1% then changed it to 1 1/4% because I had come to him through Get Agent. On my million pound house I will have to fork out a further £2,500 in Agents' fees. Be warned before you sign up!!!

Had a great phone conversation withGrace Sheene who gave me some good advise about selling my property and found me some local estate agents who are performing well at the present time. Grace arranged for them to contact me direct which helped as I had been putting it off.Grace has made me feel confident that we will get the property sold if it is re listed with a different agent. It currently has been on the market a year. I feel this is a great service.
