Jasmine Blades contacted me very promptly after I completed the ‘Getagentlink’ link. She explained clearly the criteria on which she would be recommending estate agents. She gave me the names of the three agents who had a successful record of marketing properties like mine and the questions I should explore with them. She also asked me to confirm that I was happy for her to put them in touch with me. Overall, a very useful service.

Joshua reached out following my google search (I was simply looking for a list of comparable agents). I had no idea this service existed! I was provided with list of questions to ask the estate agents and we had a very helpful discussion around how I could get the best out of the agents. The data used by GetAgent is provided by Land Registry along with data from other sources like Rightmove.Really impressed with the service.

Valuation of 1 Bradford Wood Cottages just completely ignores the fact that the property sold for £500,000 in March 21. The GetAgent valuations are completely untrustworthy. The idea that it has also lost 12% in value also ignores the fact that some substantial improvements to the property have taken place.
