Received an unrequested call within an hour of looking on the site. They (Sak) rang again the following morning keen to put me in touch directly with two agents. Sak spoke too fast to understand and when I said I was going to contact the agents myself anyway he was insistent on contacting the branch manager on my behalf which I begrudgingly agreed to. He was far too pushy for my liking and obviously set on receiving a commission for the lead which would then be unknowingly passed onto me. I Was going to choose this agent anyway as I had a good experience buying the property through them originally. Edit: Having spoken to a helpful lady (Ellie) and Jack, the Client Experience Lead this has now been resolved and I have upgraded my review accordingly however, there are obviously things that need addressing.

I don't mind being contacted by a company I chose to input my details into for a comparison, but when I specifically say I do not want direct contact from any agents and you continue to book them against my wishes. Update: Following a call received from GetAgent, they have reviewed call, agreed with my concerns, and have deleted all contact reference for Agents. Shouldn't have happened in first place, but happy with resolution

The website is easy to use and gives you some great insight into the average time it takes to find a buyer, as well as the rates of the estate agents and a lot more important information. After that, you receive a phone call from one of their representatives who takes the time to advise you on the state of the market and to make recommendations as to who the estate agents that get the best valuations and the best results are, and they put you in touch with them directly if you agree to it. I’m rarely impressed by a service nowadays, so I can only recommend them! Very professional and great experience!

I found Mr Toba Adedeji at Get Agent to be tremendously helpful and he really went above and beyond to provide me with all the relevant information on Estate Agents. He was exceptionally professional and his customer service was remarkable. He is a credit to his company.However what I would say is that I did express that I did not possess the authority as I was not the Executor to organise the sale or contact with the Estate Agents myself. Within the hour I was telephoned and emailed by multiple Estate Agents to arrange a valuation which I didn't request. I felt my privacy had been breached as well because of this.

I found the Get Agent site when I was looking for agents to value my property:after completing details on the site,I was contacted the next day by Ayanna Samuel ,who was very friendly and efficient,and provided me with helpful links to assist my search for the best agent :these have already been very useful ,providing information about the best performing local agents,what questions to ask ,and hints on how to prepare your house for selling .
